If my gains are slowing or I'm lacking energy, should eating more fix it? I was thinking about doing a sumo and then t3/clen after 15 lbs, but what do you guys think? It's getting frustrating as my bench has been stuck at my bodyweight for a good 6 weeks now... and I don't know if I'd consider it a sumo bulk, more so that I would take on more carbs and calories in general -- not necessarily fast food/garbage, though being more lenient on what kinds of foods I eat. Eating completely clean is ridiculously hard to get enough calories in.

Yeah I was figuring it was the not enough food and overtraining. I keep trying to gain muscle without putting on any fat, and I don't think its going to work, or if it does work, doesn't work at a reasonable pace.

not that i condone this, but smoke a bowl if you hungry. pro BB really do use it for bulking up on occasion.

Before your work out have a banana. After the work out have a ultra slim fast shake if you are trying to loose weight and if you are trying to gain muscle have a protein shake with strawberry and after that have a very healthy meal like fish with veggies and something like that... http://www.yeastinfectionadvice.com

wtf! lol 1 post total. good advice... NOT eat to grow man... now that summer in coming to an end (ive already started back in school) you can afford to put on a little fat to grow. if u stay relatively clean but just eat more i doubt youll put much fat on... id recommend doing plenty of cardio too. thatll help you keep the fat down but u can still pack in calories |
