If my gains are slowing or I'm lacking
energy, should eating more fix it? I was thinking about doing a sumo and then
t3/clen after 15 lbs, but what do you guys think? It's getting frustrating as my bench has been stuck at my bodyweight for a good 6 weeks now... and I don't know if I'd consider it a sumo bulk, more so that I would take on more carbs and calories in
general -- not necessarily fast food/
garbage, though being more lenient on what kinds of foods I eat. Eating completely clean is ridiculously hard to get enough calories in.
