No need for a cell phone, I have an answering machine if they call and I don't answer I am not home, simple as that. Plus I am not that important of a person that people need to get a hold of me anytime they want to.

HANDLEBARS

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs. —Thomas Jefferson, 1802

I SWEAR I saw a bullet for Obama's plan that he thought we needed more economic stimulus checks. Wait i did:

http://money.cnn.com/2008/06/09/news/econo...omy_changetour/

"On the first day of what is to be a two-week economic tour around the country, Barack Obama said Monday that lawmakers should inject another $50 billion immediately into the sluggish U.S. economy...Such relief can't wait until the next president takes office. ... That's why I've called for another round of fiscal stimulus, an immediate $50 billion to help those who've been hit hardest by this economic downturn."

"He said that he supports the expansion and extension of unemployment benefits, as well as a SECOND ROUND OF REBATE CHECKS."

I knew this "throw money at them" approach was idiotic the first time around but Obama wanted to throw MORE money around just weeks before news articles ran saying the stimulus checks were a total failure.

Not only does this show piss poor economic planning on Obama's part, but MORE concerning is that this is basically putting out the notion that "If you vote for me, I'll send you money."

Can you imagine if this caught on as a part of politics? Politicians one-upping each other on how much "economic stimulus" they'd mail to people if they got elected? The potential for complete disaster is enormous.
