Lets say I mix a gallon of protein powder and store it in the fridge, I will say it will take me 2 or 3 days to finish it off. Will the nutrients be the same in the first and the last servings?

Idk, there are times i can't use the blender in the kitchen when I want my protein due to someone else using it or me not wanting to bother whomevers in the kitchen. It would be easier just to open the fridge and pour my 12-14 ounces.

That's a good question.

Look into buying the Magic Bullet. You'll throw out your blender once you get one. It literally takes 10 seconds to make a shake with that thing.

Cleanup is fast too.

lol how long does it take you with a normal blender 12 seconds

Yeah but then you have to wash the big fucking blender jug and shit.

Cleanup is the biggest pain in the ass with blenders.

A guy I work with mixes up a large Gatorade bottle full and drinks it throughout the day and it seems fine, he just shakes it up a little when going for a swig.... I would imagine it would be fine to keep a couple days like that

True that, i just rinse it out, shit that stays just ends up in my next shake

I see no reason why it would not be ok to keep in the fridge. After all they sell liquid shakes already and who knows how long they are they way.

not sure if ok to do or not but as long as you are not adding creatine to it it may be ok to do.

I made a gallon of it and it just didn't taste the same, i like it better fresh from the blender, but i guess im gonna have to buy the magic bullet thing.
