| i know a guy who is rated #12 powerlifter in the world. hes heavyweight and although his strongpoint is his squat, his bench and dead are pretty fuckin high or he wouldnt be 12th in the world. i saw him rep 585 8 times, with a shirt on. so ya those vids are a joke |

fastest reply ever. Hey sall good. I could give two shits how much I can bench..Im not in highschool anymore, and I dont train for strength, my chest is plenty big naturally to where I dont even have to do it, and still will maintain a decent size. And I just started doin chest again cause my shoulder is feelin better...Was able to press 3 plates on the incline plate loaded machine for 8 easy reps, so I cant complain. Like I say, those who talk shit are only insecure..so power to you macho man. |

I dont care, never stated I was benchin three plates, plus 3 months ago I couldnt do pushups cause of the pain...plus traditional benching trashes my allready trashed shoulders.. |

| Yeah the setup was a joke. I dont remember exactly what each 45lb plate really weighed. Special plates that look like 45lbers but dont weigh that much. |

Im thinkin they are 45lbers with the center cut out and a bunch of them welded together, so 5 or 6 of em maybe weigh 45lbs. |
