Much more info is needed. Plus, you were lied to so you should confront whoever "informed" you of that wrong information.

It's been around since the mid-80's and has just hung around this long, for some reason. It's basically got a ton of ingredients that aren't particularly effective for building muscle. Don't bother w/ it.

Sterols are effective for lowering cholesterol, but that's a different story. Manufacturers have pretty much used the similar spelling to make it seem like a sterol is some sort of natural steroid that's made from plants and will somehow act in the body like an anabolic steroid. In brief, shady marketing.

They're still selling this shit!!! laugh.gif I fell for that when I was 16. Me and my brother found it at GNC. When we read the ingredients, we were all like "holy shit, this is real steroids!!!" All that garbage will do is lighten your wallet.

LOL,..I bought a few of them when I was like 15, too. They were in the "mega-pack" form that was popular in those days. Pretty much every brand out there had their own cocktail of pills in daily packs.

Anyone remember Weider's "Good Life" packs? Those were old school.
