Though I don't agree w/ the tone, I agree with the message... Scalato, GTFO of that va jay jay class. Unless you are doing it strictly for cardio/fat burning purposes, it will not serve your goal of lean mass gains. And, you'll have to eat even more just to replace those calories burned. SFW, bro! |
I hear ya Shakes. I know it's not going to put any sort of muscle on me whatsoever but it will help with cardio and endurance. It's a surefire way to get my cardio in first thing in the morning, rev up the fat-burning metabolism, and a great way to warm up the muscles I'll be working out later that day. And yes, being the ONLY guy in there is very advantageous

You must concern yourself with one of two things 1.) gaining lean mass or 2.) losing fat. You can't do both (without 'help').

or kick-start the muscle burning metabolism.
