4AD w/ H-drol or Plex? |

| Still have some 4AD powder sitting around. I can't decide what would stack the best with it, H-drol or P-Plex. I'm looking for strength and moderate weight gain. It's been a while since I have used 4AD. In the past I stacked it with 1AD. I have also ran P-Plex solo and stacked with H-Drol with success, but I think it was overkill on my liver. Any suggestions? 5'09 180 |

| I'd do it w/ the h, so you'll have a wet and dry combo. Stacking two wets will bring some bloat along w/ some really good gains. I stacked transdermal 4AD w/ ergomax lmg and 1test once. Had awesome strength gains but it was very wet as far as other gains go. |

| I agree do it with the h-drol with the phera you would gain alot more lbs. Just run some good supports and a pct. Good luck bro |
