I haven't tried either of those stacks, personally. I'm just saying a lot of guys swear by them. They may or may not be all that effective. I wouldnt say NO supplements work, though. I know certain herbs, for example, do have great benefit.

well bigben takes rpm/drive, and hes the biggest mother fucker on BN, but i dont know how much of his muscle he contributes to that stack. probly just makes him feel like SFW.

josh what herbs do u find particularly effective?

Funny you mentioned because was reading his post about it right after I had posted last night and was thinking the exact same thing...lol. It seems to be working well for him, anyway.

A few herbs I found to be very effective were hawthorn berry, horny goat weed, yohimbine, testofen, Paravol (not technically an all herbal supplement, but does have a lot of herbs in the formula). I could probably think of a few more, but those come to mind immediately.

oh for sure. he does look like he puts on cosistant muscle tho, and has only done 1 ph cycle in the last year, and it was m-drol, and he said he got 0 muscle from that.

i bet hes secretly geared

I think Assfit called him out on that. Said he had to be on AAS cause his face was too puffy (water retention).

Of course compared to Assfit everyone looks geared.

well hes run some shit. and posted pics while on cycle. hes had comparison pics to to show it and u can tell when hes bloated. but hes also bulking year fuckin round so his face is gunna have some bload.
