another sick shoulder and tricep workout today. I have to say for being nonhormonal this stuff is great. The scale isnt flying up like using PHs but the weight steadily increases and body comp is looking great. And I am definately eating and eating.

First thing when I wake up:
3 Drive, 10 min later 1 AP with 4 Neovar, then 15 minutes later 20g protein with 60g carbs

I find the best way to take this preworkout for me is:
3 Drive and the my 4 RPM, about 30 minutes later take 1 AP, then 15-20 minutes later eat my preworkout meal (which has been 7oz chicken breast and either as much brown rice or oatmeal I can handle probably around 80-100g of carbs), let it all settle as I drive to the gym then BRING ON THE WEIGHTS!!! Then right away post workout its 4 Neovar with 1 AP, then 15-20mins postworkout shake (40g whey with 100g carbs)

I have tons of energy in the gym and sweat like nothing I have ever experienced. Love using rest pause and drop sets with this stuff. Each the weight seems to feel lighter than the week before and the weight of the last set is always heavier than the week before.

Debating on changing training and going back to 5 on 2 off, so I can train biceps and triceps together and superset them. I think the pumps would be crazy by the end of the workout.

And since I am an NC guy, I think it is great to have such a quaility company here in NC... becoming a serious fan of AN!!! will keep you guys updated

Good log mang! Great to hear how well you are liking all the products. I figured you'd like Drive and knew you had to add it to the stack! That stuff is amazing when it comes to gains, and no stressing about PCT or supports....have your cake and eat it too! wink.gif

I hear you on the couple bottles of Drive, just when the gains really start taking off 100% the bottle is looking wimpy. And believe me the 2nd bottle makes a huge difference. I've always ran one, then finally ran 2 back to back and that was when I took my Av pic. I looked the biggest I've ever been at the end of that run.

Hopefully if everything goes well with popularity of the Big Block RPM (240 count), we will get the same going for Drive.

Anywho, keep rocking it out in the gym bro. If you get some good pump pics post em'!!

Another solid workout again today, legs. Super pumped and pushing more weight. Soaking wet by the end of my workout once again. I definately believe in the increasing effects the longer you use the product. Cant wait to knockout some chest tomorrow, going back to my 5 day split so I can train biceps and tris together.

Well finished up my bottle of Drive today. For the last couple workouts I have been experimenting with FST-7 training. I have done shoulders and then today was bis and tris.
Shoulder:
smith machine seated presses: 3 sets after warmups
arnolds: 3 sets
upright rows superset with reverse pec dec: 3 sets
DB lat raises: 7 sets with 15-30 secs btw sets
BB shrugs: 4 sets working sets after warmups
seated DB shrugs: 7 sets with 15-20 secs btw sets

After the lat raises my shoulders were blown up. WOW, what a pump!

Biceps:
standing alt DB curl: 4 working sets after warmups
reverse preacher: 3 sets
standing EZ bar curl: 7 sets with 15-30 secs rest btw sets
Tris:
smith machine close grip bench: 4 working sets after warmups
flat skull crushers: 3 sets
rope pressdowns: 7 sets with 15-20 secs btw sets

Arms were PPPPUMPED!!! WOW, nothing like this before.

Not sure if it is the FST-7 training, but after the last set MAN O MAN! Great combo, think I am going to have to experiment with this more.

Final review on the Drive, RPM, Neovar and AP:
Definately solid product stack. Wish I would have bought another bottle of Drive and could keep this going a couple more weeks. I think a 250 count of Drive would be great better than the 110 count. Strength went up week 2 and then dramatically again week 3. Body weight went up a few pounds of lean muscle (maybe more, because of some possible fat loss, because I do look slightly leaner with a little more of a lower ab cut) and this was toward the end when the strength gains were most noticable. Think the body weight would have defiately keep going up. The only downside is the cost. Pretty pricey to run all 4 products. A good upside is its nonhormonal and no PCT needed. So if you want to go the natty route this stuff would be great or between cycles.

Here is a COOL plus...
Under my right nipple I have had a little bump from a SD cycle that I used only Rebound XT as PCT. Yeah I know... should have used a serm but this was when it first came out and I was pretty inexperienced with PHs/DS. Have tried to get rid of it before and nothing really worked, just shrunk it some. Was never worried about it because it was so small and not noticable unless you felt the nipple. But I was at the tanning bed after my workout touched my nipple and IT WAS GONE!!! Now I dont wannt to jump to any conclusions but... ITS GONE?!?!?!?!!!!!!
