hi guys! i'm just wondering whether my post insulin nutrient routine looks good or not. i need your advice.

here is what i'm going to eat after injecting slin.

1. Injection + 5 minutes, drink cell tech hardcore(10 grams of dextrose per IU of Insulin) with 10g glutamine
2. Injection + 15 minutes, drink shake with 65g of whey isolate protein in water
3. Injection + 75 minutes, eat a protein / carb meal with 40-50g of protein, 40-50g of carbs, NO FATS

So your are only using 1iu of insulin?

no. i'm gonna use 4iu after workout.
