Hear is my idea:
RPM + DRIVE + AP + Incarnate + Neovar
Only problem is the price of this bad boy but sounds very solid!
What should I cut out to make it price friendly?

I know Big Ben is a strong supporter of AN and I have tried samples of RPM and DRIVE and really liked them. Also used AP with Pslin with WM and that was crazy crazy.

Not sure about Neovar, would I be better to go bulk creatine and add some bulk beta alanine.

I was actually thinking of a similar stack. Price was the only thing holding me back.

So I cut it ALL out and decided to buy some prohormones instead. biggrin.gif

That would be great for a "natural" stack. Or in between cycles.

I'd be willing to log it if you want to send it to me. biggrin.gif wink.gif

you could pick up some bulk beta alanine and cissus to get rid of the incarnate...i would keep the neovar though, great product

I agree, Incarnate is over rated. But this does look like a desiel stack. I made sick gain while using AP. Good luck

Who needs FOOD when you've got all those PILLS??? mad.gif

They will make you HYOOOGE!

Besides, all the caffeine will keep you from getting hungry!!

Seriously who eats anymore!!! I try to avoid chicken, oats and eggs at all costs. I plan on taking the pills and just sitting on my butt and watch tv and let them do there magic. No food and no lifting should equal HUGE gains!

Okay sarcasim aside, I am 185 and 6% bf eat 3300 Cals workout days and 3800 to 4000 off days, all clean. Have gone the PH route and want to stay away from them for a bit. what you guys suggest?

P.C.P

The only three things that work. Protein, Creatine, and Patience. Mix together in a blender to taste. biggrin.gif

And maybe some of the things mentioned above, if you've got the cash to throw away.

Or some good 'ol fashioned roids!

Hello all I am new to bodybuilding and the workout world so here is my situation:

My timetable for changing my body completely is August...I will continue to workout after but it is important that I see noticeable changes by then. As of June 9 I am 5'11 and my body weight is 181 pounds. My lean mass is measured at 169 pounds, body fat 7%, and I have 13 pounds of body fat. I am chubby around the midsection and I want to develop an 8 pack. I have no real shoulder muscles and weak bicep and tricep muscles. To top it all off I have big thighs and calves, fat not muscle. I am trying to tone up my body completely as you can already tell.

As a stak and following the essentials placed on bodybuilder (protein, multi-vitamin/mineral, fish oil, creatine, BCAA, Thermogenics, and L-Glutamine) I am considering purchasing:

1) Optimum 100% Whey Gold Standard
2) Universal Animal Pak
3) Optimum presents BCAA 1000
4) Nutrex Lipo 6 or Universal Animal Cuts (I haven't decided yet)
5) Ultimate Nutrition Omega 3
6) BSN NO-Xplode
7) BSN Cellmass

I know that while I'm on creatine I can't take any thermogenic products so I will cycle off when the time is right. I wanted to know for my goals is this the right stak? If not can anyone suggest a better one or shed advice on better products that may help me attain my goals.

Thanks for your help and I hope to share a success story with you soon

So I got good deal on AP so I have decided to try the stack, dropped Incarnate. Here is what I am planning...

Anyone that has used these please let me know if you have found a better way to use them. One thing I was debating was when to take the first dose of Neovar; either prewo, mid afternoon or when i wake up?

Does anyone wanna see this logged, if so I will post my detailed log? Starting off with a month and seeing how it goes to see if I will extend it out another month.

when I wake up:
1 cap AP and 2 caps DRIVE then 15-20 mins later 20g whey and 40g waxy maize

mid afternoon
1 cap AP 15-20min then lunch

preworkout usually around 5pm
2 caps DRIVE, 4 caps RPM, 2 caps NEOVAR

postworkout
1 cap AP, 2 caps NEOVAR then 15-20mins later 50g whey with 100g waxy maize

I'd like to see it logged, because I've been considering a similar stack, and want to know about what I'd expect.

How would you be eating? Maintenance, bulk, extreme bulk, fatass bulk...?

From my experience, you've got to eat a LOT of carbs on AP. I went through a whole bottle and never experienced any "pump", and I ate a TON of carbs. Then again, I'm very carb tolerant, and rarely experience any pumps.

What are your stats?

Posted by: Stephen57799 Jul 1 2008, 07:46 AM
I am 28 yo 6'2" 180ish lbs around 6% bf (last time it was measure I was 5.2 and 5.6%% and that was taken by two different methods; and I have been eating more since then so figure I am a little higher)

I have used AP w/ waxy maize in the past and really liked it. Great pumps and loss of fat while eating lots of carbs.

I have not worked out all the details with how I want to structure the diet. Usually around 3000-3300 Cals workout days and 3600-4000 on my off days. I plan on starting a diet journal along with my workout journal. So I can post everything I eat and my workouts. I do not do any cardio because my metabolism is crazy fast (If I was doing cardio plus my workouts I would waste away, LOL; I mean mid 5% bf and no cardio pretty solid) and I keep the pace of my workouts moving since I workout by myself.

Training split right now is 2 on, 1 off the repeat
workout 1: chest and bis
workout 2: back
workout 3: shoulders and tris
workout 4: legs and calves
