Most of the middleweight guys are pretty ripped. The heavyweight and superheavyweight guys sometimes are pretty tubby.

Dude is ripped. Probably burns a shit ton of calories during his workouts, does cardio and eats super clean.

Can't quite get comfortable or routine with most WL lifts yet, but I've been doing Clean-to-OHP lately, and love it.

Actually other than maybe some low level cycling for recovery, those guys do zero cardio.

I bet their diets aren't that clean either. for how much training they do, they're going to need some dirty food to get enough cals to keep/build muscle

Some eat clean, mostly because they have to compete within a weight limit. The super heavy weights, both men and women, eat like heffers all day. I saw a guy at the OTC in Colorado Springs eat two large pizzas in one sitting.
