ok fellaz wassup... im a little stuck on which 2 to pick out of the three. i was thinkin on pick cyto gainer fo a pre and post worlout shake and take serious mass right b4 going to bed..but i hear that real gains is pretty good as well. plz give me sum suggestions. my supps are goin to be animal pack....Green MAG.. and help me pick my protiens

Didn't you ask this same question a few months ago? I'm pretty sure we told you not to have a weightgainer pre workout.

I would choose CytoGainer (only one I've tried) just for the taste alone. They have some awesome flavors.

you dont need pre wo shake, just eat food. For post i like cyto gainer or real gains, it really just depends on price from there.

I agree with most here..

You do NOT really need a pre workout protein shake man, just be sure to eat some good food about an hour or to prior to working (CHIKIN' AND RIIICE!)

Cytogainer is GREAT.. I've tried the Real Gains and its not good man, go with the cyto gainer. As mentioned before it tastes REALLY good and it does the job.

Real gains isn't that bad. Cytogainer sure tastes ALOT better, but I prefer Real Gains nutritional values more.
