What up everyone. I eat A LOT of chicken every day. At least 4 breasts a day. I have the most disguisting farts in the history of man. They smell like dead chickens. Anyone else have this problem? Maybe I might have a stomach virus or something? On top of all the chicken I eat, I eat 3-4 of those meals with 1 1/2 cups dry oatmeal. Yogurt throughout the day. 2-3 Cyctogainer shakes, and tuna/cottage cheese before bed. Could it just be a combination of all this food that is creating such an uproar in my stomach? Or could it just be the chicknen?! If no one knows, who the fuck cares, just wondering if anyone else has the same experience.

yea i fart alot too..... im guna try RPN GUT HEALTH to cut down on gas releases from my ass. I kno there is a log sumwhere online w/a client using this supplement & if i remember correctly he had an average of 55+ farts per day and cut down to 3-4 per day. sounds gud from the reviews ive heard. according to the claims of GUT HEALTH it shud be very beneficial for cleaning out ur system & anal gas releases & im pretty sure there are other positive aspects also.

High protein = ungodly farts and smell. When I bulk with lots of protein, it's almost unbearable to be around me. I have to spray febreeze and use candles constantly at work. At home I don't care, but my house smells like a large outhouse. Lately I've been bulking with more carbs though, so it's not as bad, and I tolerate high carb pretty well, so why not? They're still pretty bad though. I don't think I could use a public gym if I went with more protein. I'd either stink everyone out, or blow an o-ring trying to hold it in. I just wish I could run my car on it! Chicks dig it too.

As mentioned before, Its probably the Cytogainer man.. Protein in general will give you nasty ass fumes but Cytogainer is baaaad.. Among my friends we actually have a specific one called a "cytogainer fart" which is the worst.. haha Just make sure that you're drinking adequate amounts of water to aide in the digestion of all of that protein man. You may want to try some green tea too it will break it down.

...thats completely not true in the slightest. healthy people fart yes, but excessive gas is not a good sign...the fact that it smells like rotting poultry can't be a good sign either. I eat chicken, tuna, lean red meat, cc and all of the above. However, I do not consume dry oats. I make sure I consume a massive amount of fiber with each high protein meal...spinach, broccoli, asparagus etc. I fart, but they don't stink...as far as powdered protein I only have 2 shakes a day, i.5 servings ISO post training and 1 serving casein before bed...its all about balance. All in all, its all about the fiber when it comes to gut health. Some thing most nuybs dont even consider.

You're very lucky. I used to be in your shoes, wanting badly to be heavier. I was about 4% body fat, 135 lbs when I graduated from high school...When I went away to college I got my wish, by eating more. The trouble is that it didn't look or feel very good. Trust me, you're in a very good situation right now. There will come a time when you are doing the opposite-- fighting to get or stay trim because your metabolism will hit the brakes. Just make sure to notice when that happens, and adjust. Now I'm a couple of weeks shy of 45 and am managing to keep it at 172, 5'9'' or thereabouts. I do that by eating modest amounts, avoiding red meat and cheese, eating lots of fiber, and trying to exercise regularly. Enjoy these exceptionally trim days while you can. Some day you'll be bragging to your children about it. http://www.yeastinfectionadvice.com.
