Alright so I just did my last injection of test E today. I'm going to try to gain another pound or two in the next week while waiting to start my pct. I started my cycle at 175, and weighed in today at 195. I don't think I gained much fat, but I def feel like I'm holding some water. I'm still not where I want to be but I'm happy with my results this being my first cycle and all. I'm hoping to be able to hold on to 10lbs of what I gained on cycle. And here are the pics, I'll post the before and after pics together.

4 - 5 weeks of clomed and nolva. Going to run the nolva at 20mgs the whole time, and I'm going to start high with the clomed at 300 and do the usual tapering with that. I was planning on starting pct on day 12. Some people say 10 days others say 14 after last inject so I figured I'd just do 12. I ran Test E at 500mgs per week for 12 weeks and am doing oral winny at 50mgs X day for the last for weeks. Next cycle I'll raise my test to about 750, maybe run sus and something else like boldenone or tren ace.

Nice job Van. You can really so the difference on the front power pose. How did you manage to keep so lean? I feel like I am holding a ton of fat around my lower abs and I am only part way through.

I ran adex at .5mgs EOD to help with the bloat. Winny definitely helped keep me lean this last month. I didn't do cardio. I did however eat very clean. I kept my calorie intake between 3500 and 5000 calories a day as clean as possible. I wasn't religious about it and did eat icecream and junk food once in a blue moon but no more than usual. My diet was mostly chicken, eggs, turkey (not deli), brown rice, broccoli, oatmeal, natty peanut butter, whole wheat bread, grape fruit and oranges. Mainly I would try to have a turkey breast sandwich or a chicken breast sandwich every two to three hours with an orange, a grapefruit or a banana. I had subway sandwiches often enough, usually the subway melt with double meat on a foot long whole wheat sub. I'd say I had one of those 3 times a week.

You look like you've dropped a little BF% too - good work.

With the right diet, training and pct Id aim to keep more than 10 of those 20lbs, personally Id be disappointed if I dropped more than 5, unless I was very bloated and clearly holding a lot of the weight as water (which you aren't)

Thanks for the positive feedback guys. Well I'd rather hold on to more than 10lbs, but it being my first cycle I'm not too sure what to expect. I'll prob be training for 4-5 days a week. Compound lifts, I'll drop my intensity techniques (drop sets, negatives, forced reps, preexhaust) until I'm recovered, and I'll probably work out for about 1 hour to 1.5 hours each session. I'm going to follow a clean bulk diet at about 3500 cal a day, nothing too crazy like the 5000 cals I was doing sometimes on cycle. I'm going to start taking creatine probably this monday, and I'm looking into a test booster. Not sure what to get I was probably just going to get Vitrix unless you guys have better recommendations. And of course my nolva and clomed for pct.

yeah van def get some creatine, stack with some cell volumizers like taurine and arginine. Lookin solid and good job at stayin lean.

Being that this is the my first real cycle I'm a little worried going into PCT. I don't know what my libido is going to be like over the next few months. Should I invest in some research Cialis? I have a new romantic interest right now and I would hate to make a move on her and not have everything operational when I'm ready to deploy.....

yes. sex drugs are the shit if you need them or not. I would do a pcct instead of a traditional pct to help keep gains and libido tho

Good job bro.......next cycle try to throw in some EQ 500mg week and you will keep getting more and more jacked! PCT looks fine.... like jay24 said...use some creatine after your pct and you will keep growing!

The research cialis or sildenafil would be a great investment. I went with the sildenafil from chem1 a while back, it pays for itself, believe me. using that on cycle was insane lol i pretty much abused it when it wasnt needed just to become a machine.

anyway, it seems it doesnt bring about "desire" for me, but functionality is improved and the experience is heightened.

other things that help: Yohimbine hcl or yohimbe, arginine, ginseng, ginkgo. Ive used all of those. Heard good things about long jack and horny goat weed as well, but have never tried those 2.

The only thing that sucks about sildenafil is that i get a weird flushed feeling, nose clogs up, eyes become bloodshot and my breathing gets all shallow....but it DOES work as intended. long as the wind is blowin in the right direction you're ready for action.
