i want to hear oppinions on what may be the best natural test stack..

i was thinking 4 grams tribulus a day
800mgs long jack a day
testofen( not sure of the dose)
25mgs zinc and 125 mgs magnesium at night
800mgs fenugreek a day
maybe some dhea---

what are your thoughts?

I would just use Hyperdrol X2. It works and its alot less hassle then using all that other stuff.

ahh ill consider hyperdrolx2, i was interested in trying testofen out.. also never tried long jack and was interested in that too. ill look into it more

No anti-estrogen like 6-oxo? That would put some lead in your stack..Im taking a 6-oxo and DHEA stack right now, which really is imo completely underrated.

Testofen is a 50% fenosides concentration of fenugreek, so you could save some money and hassle by dropping fenugreek from that stack. Usually testofen is dosed between 500mg to 1 gram a day.

Some of the other stuff will depend on the concentration you get. For instance you see a number of different concentrations of tribulus and longjack. I'd do some reading about that before I committed to a specific concentration of either compound.

You could add horny goat weed to this stack and probably be well served, since most ppl. seem to really like it. There again, you'll find anything from 10-40% concentration, so be sure to check labels before you buy.

DHEA, I wouldn't bother with unless you're into your mid-thirties or doing PCT at the time.

WTF?!?! Just work the hell out of your large muscle groups like legs, full body workouts, and compound lifts! All of these will free alot of damn Test into your blood. I promise. wink.gif

That depends what the purpose is. I wouldn't fault someone for trying to restpre HPTA, libido, etc. after a cycle. Just doing compounds doesn't quite cut it when you're shut down from exegenous hormones. Sometimes you need a SERM or some natural test. boosting herbs.

im young but ive put my body through a'lot of abuse and never really allowed myself to recover just went through a long stint of sleep deprivation, and have a very physicall job, and i can feel the affects, so thats why im considering it.. i have a doctors app. soon and im going to try an talk to her about it maybe she can test my levels and do something for me.. last time when i tried that. my doctor basically laughed at me. she just said she didnt see any feminine traits developing on me hahah and didnt agree to test me.

oh and if you saw my older routines on here my main focus was on squats deads bench, row, and shoulder press moves..
