The Delivery Will Call Coordinator (DWCC) is responsible for coordinating the assembly and fulfillment of Deliveries and Will Calls, working with the dedicated Associates such as Pullers and Loaders. This position organizes and monitors the Delivery schedule and works with Drivers and/or Third Party Logistics (3PL) to ensure that it is followed and that the customer's needs are met. It is essential that the DWCC build relationships with the Drivers, 3PL, Associates and customers through effective communication of Delivery Schedules.
