I know this sounds weird.

So, ever since i've been working out seriously.. whenever i do Legs and Shoulders, for the next few days im almost completely sleepless.

I thought that it was physiological, but then i talked to a few other people at the gym that said the same thing happens to them.

Is this a common thing?

Could be due to your metabolism being elevated after working legs, or whatever supps you're on.
