Im pretty sure that I was told most products lose their effectiveness overtime, but don't really spoil. I know that applies to gear. Not sure bout capsules. I know I had some injectible 1t that I was still able to use, just had to up the dosage.

If you have Anabolic Extreme SD there should be a date.

I have 3 bottles of them and there is a date.

2 of my AX bottles say 11 08. One says 7 08. unsure.gif

If you wanna start off with a bang... i's better to have your boyfriend stir his cock in the bottle of supps so it can absorb the chems through osmosis. That way you never have to restock. Then after about a month of getting "bang"ed in the ass you'll be lookin like a bigger / gayer version of arnold.

I've only seen 10 mg. prob less filler, considering how small an amount of powder 5 or 1 mg. would comprise. The difference wouldn't make enough of a diff. in volume to justify a larger cap.
