| Im pretty sure that I was told most products lose their effectiveness overtime, but don't really spoil. I know that applies to gear. Not sure bout capsules. I know I had some injectible 1t that I was still able to use, just had to up the dosage. |

I've only seen 10 mg. prob less filler, considering how small an amount of powder 5 or 1 mg. would comprise. The difference wouldn't make enough of a diff. in volume to justify a larger cap. |
