Anyone ever tried this? I just got mine today for dirt cheap but no wonder they capsule this stuff.. Its horrid! Any ideas on how to get this stuff down? I tried scooping it in my mouth like I do with my creatine but I gaggged and some how got most of it down before some came up. I was thinking of putting in my shake but it prob will make that taste like ass... Maybe sugar free pudding? let me know if you have tried it

The taste is pretty nasty at first, but you eventually get used to it.

ive used it and it rules. it worked better than any other brand name caps. it does taste like poo but its worth it. i found that mixing it w greens made it more bearable . but then again i usually took it after the bulk alc and arginine ethyl ester which both worked awesome but was litterally like drinking rubbing alchohol and rat poison.

got it over at bb.com 125 servings for 12.99... saves a lot compared to buying the pills.. i mix it right into my chocolate protein and it works. I think I was just being too much of a baby at first.

Then, conclusion is clearly, Icariins analysis result is higher than
Icariin. The cost of Icariins is lower than Icariin. Lower price
abstract attension of market. However, please be careful in
specification.

question for anyone- first i am new here so i could not post a seperate thread- but the dosing for this from bn.com is says 1/4 tsp. is 620 mg, then it says serving size is 1200mg..... so how much do i take of this exactly? i thought the 1/4 tsp would be serving size, i don't have a scale so wondering what i should take? thanks guys, also
