Are you looking for a creatine only product? If so, I would recommend nothing but creatine monohydrate.

I'm not sure of any of the creatine-based 'cocktails'. I've heard nothing but good things about NeoVar.

edit: And wrt to all the hype about the fancy creatines having better absorption or faster action or whatever... remember that your body can only store so much creatine, regardless of how fast/efficient it gets there. Hence my recommendation of creatine mono... safe, effective, and CHEAP.

Just go with a simple creatine monohydrate.

All these fancy creatines havn't been proven to work any better than plain old CM. Yeah, they might absorb better, so you only have to take half the amount, but is it worth paying four times as much?

Cheap. Effective. Proven.

Personally, I use CreaPure, which has less metal in it, and micronized, which absorbs better. There are a few different brands.

I used to use CEE, CAKG, etc., and as soon as I started using plain old CM, BOOM, I gained about 2lbs! I also gained lots of weight in my wallet. smile.gif

I usually get a Kilo (1000g) of CM Micronized CreaPure for around $25. That's 200 days worth! Can't beat it.

I feel like i've tried almost all forms of it, and the most effective ive personally found is Gaspari's Size on... tablets, not the powder. I dont know why, but the Tablets work 200% better for me.

straight creatine monohydrate, and some grape juice, or sum other juice with about 35g of carbs, or if you can get your hands on a bag of dextrose, mix it with that.

cellmass is good, but gets to be very expensive.

Ive actually had good results with the creatine from wall-mart, its fruit punch, like 14bucks, and if you take 2 servings at a time, its exactly the same as Cell-Tech(minus all the miniscule bullshit ingredients). i think its made by BodyFortress. Just dont tell anybody where you got it from. wink.gif

Ultimate Nutrition CreaPure Micronized Creatine Monohydrate.

I actually did a "one day cure" for my abs and calves on Saturday (where you do a small workout every hour for a whole day), and took about 5g after every other workout. I was down about 2lbs on Sunday, but today (Monday) I'm up about 3lbs. Not sure if I'm gunna keep it, or if it's just water, but something happened.

I had been taking 5g every morning with juice (fruit juice, not JUICE juice) for around a year straight too. So it wasn't a typical "load".

I'm going to do the same thing with my arms next weekend (Poliquin one day arm cure) and hopefully get JACKED. biggrin.gif

Dude seriously your best all around value...NeoVar! Its not just creatine in this stuff its got carb/insulin enhancers for recovery and sustained glycogen pumps. Great product, great gains.

Right now I know where you can get 240 caps of the original, for $22. Or the Recomped for $30. Original is CEE, Recomped is a combo of Monohydrate and Phosphate.

I've tried a lot of diff. kinds and it seems like the ones that worked best for me have been Dymatize Xpand, Swole v2 and Cytosport Fast Twitch. They're more expensive than mono, but they can be found on clearance, etc.

I used mono before anything else and it always disagreed w/ my stomach. I got pretty tired of getting the squirts from it, so I'm willing to pay a bit more to be more "comfortable".

I got the same issues w/ the effervescent creatine that was out for a while, but you don't really see that stuff around anymore. The keu to any creatine is to drink lots of water w/ it to maximize the effect and I think beta-alanine is a great addition, to enhance the effects.

just finished a month on neovar recomped and i have to say there is no reason at all not to go with it over anything else. solid stuff.

So the price tag of around $1 a day isn't a reason not to go with it, when I pay around $0.13 a day?

My "bottle" lasts me 200 days. How long does yours last? 30, maybe 40 days?

I pay about $46 a YEAR. I only buy twice a year. You're willing to pay about $350 a year for creatine (not including shipping)??

Wow. Creatine is good and all, but I don't think it's THAT good!

Oh, and don't try to sell me on the extra ingredients. All those fancy graphs don't impress me. Paying nearly eight times more for 5% (my number) more efficacy isn't worth it to me.
