| First off... do tyou want to get bigger or more shredded? I would throw in some TREN,........THAT WILL DO BOTH. OR..... Throw in some WINNY......THAT WILL SHRED. AS FAR AS TRAINING..... do three weeks of " drop sets " that will stimulate great muscle gains. AS FAR AS NUTRITION....... up you calories 5-600 a day!! |

| I usually plateau out at about 6 or 7 weeks. You can: increase diet, end the cycle early, pct, and then go back on after a month or so change/add meds change direction - if you're not gaining muscle then try switching to more of a cutting regime and just try to shed fat instead As said, up calories by at least 500/day - though when I do this i tend to gain fat, so Im tending to do shorter cycles now, as the first 6 weeks give reliably easier and leaner gains (for me - different people will react differently), so I just do 6 weeks or less, or if running longer aim to use the 2nd half of the cycle to tone up and lean out rather than gain much more |

...I would add more test, throw in some tren 100mg EOD and eat about 1000 more *clean* calories...train hard, intense, do cardio DAILY...if you still get fat you're not meant to be a bodybuilder and should just quit now, pct and NOT go back on after a month. Try your luck at knitting or some shit. |

d'oh! in all my years of steroid abuse that never occured to me...... Actually Ive got blood sugar issues (type II diabetes) and theres only so much carbs i can handle, even keeping it clean. I can get away with my usual bulking diet with metformin, but I just dont seem to get away with those mega-calorie plateau-busting diets without fat gain, whatever I do. Thats why I usually make sure to point out in my posts that there isnt always a one-size-fits-all solution to most AAS issues - what id do if I were 20 years younger and didnt have blood-sugar issues would be entirely differnet |
