Okay, I used to workout, years ago. But now I have a disease called
Protein Losing Entropy. Where I lose the majority of my
protein, and I have very low Albumin levels.
So I need to way to just be able to drink a lot of
protein slowly throughout the day. I like juice drinks, I used to drink the
protein shakes along time ago.
Cytogainer,ON,etc. Did like 225g a day gained lots of muscle, but had to stop because I developed Lung disease.
I basically have a choice of going in once or twice week and getting injected with
protein, or trying to do something like this. I was told to try to drink
protein shakes again, but I can't do it. I hate all the
ice cream flavored drinks. I don't like chocolate,etc.
I like juice, and I saw a thing called
Accelerade. But it's kind of expensive, so I figured there was a way to make it just by using Sugar and
Protein w/ some Flavoured Blend like Kool-aid or something.
Any ideas? Because all the wheys I
see have flavours already, or sound like they mix horribly.
