Yeah Napalm, Ill post some pics later but the shit really helps in the ab area! Like always, you have to know your Nutrition, cardio and patience. Also buy two bottles, I am thinking of getting another for three. I feel like half way through the second bottle that it kicked in. But im not over doing it either!

I'm trying Ab-Solution Plus right now, but only because the guy at GNC practically gave it to me because they don't carry it any more. I'll let you know my results. My midsection is already feeling tighter after a couple days, but it's probably just water.

I've heard good things about Lipoderm Ultra also, and am probably going to try it or Napalm next.

Yeah, but it's tingly! It MUST be working! wink.gif

I've read this from reputable places. I've also read testimonials from reputable people (yes, real people, without agenda's, not paid to say it) that say it helped get rid of the last little bit of "stubborn" fat.

If anything, it's additional yohimbe, caffeine, forskolin, etc.. Even if 90% of it is immediately dispersed into the capillaries in your epidermis, it's still in your system helping aid fat loss.

It also does help get rid of sub-q water. When I feel a little bloated from water, I put some on and quickly look and feel less bloated. Damn periods. wink.gif

Then again that might be its only use. A diuretic. Not sure.

I just don't take all studies seriously. I mean, if the studies that concluded these products don't help was conducted on people who were severely obese, didn't change their diets, and sat on their ass, it doesn't mean it doesn't work on someone athletic with 10% BF trying to get to single digit BF%.
