| Thanks to Vitruvian for hooking me up. Starting my Drive/RPM stack today. Here are my stats: 27yrs old 6' 7" 255lbs 17% BF (idk, maybe 15 or 16) Currently benching 225x10, squatting 315x6, deadlifting 425x1. Routine: Upper/Lower split (see training log in sig) Drive Dosage: 3 caps, 2x a day. Off days: 2 caps, 2x a day RPM Dosage: 1 cap mid-day, 2 caps 1 hour pre-workout. Off days: 1 cap, 2x a day. (do I even need to take RPM on off days though? advices appreciated) |

| i don't think taking the RPM on off days is necessary...i took it in the morning sometimes just for a boost but it is really just a preworkout supp...the drive should be taken daily though |

| Thanks for checking in Animal and Michael. Well, today was Day 1 of this stack for me. Took both as stated above. Didn't notice any significant increase in energy or strength. Granted, it's the 1st day, so maybe it'll kick in after being in my system a couple days. What I did notice was that I was sweating like R.Kelly at a Miley Cyrus concert. Also, toward the end of my workout I developed a headache (which never happens to me) and I got EXTREMELY nauseous. I felt like I was going to puke for the last 10 min of my workout all the way till I made my PWO shake. Not sure if the nausea was from the leg workout (posting my workouts in my training log in the sig...only posting the supp related stuff in this thread) or from the RPM/Drive. I'm thinking the latter though, since I've never gotten that nauseous from a workout before. WTF??? |

| the first time i took the RPM it was a little too intense so I dropped the dosage down for about a week and worked my way up...you might want to try that...i still notice effects when i take less than the recommended dosage |

| sweet bro good products, ill be watching might try and run this again last time i tried drive tho, i had the squirts for a week edit: it was prob the drive bro,deff lower the dosage to 1 cap twice a day for a week then ramp up, i no alot of people who have gotten over the sickness/runs from this good luck |

| Thanks for the advices guys. I'm gonna lower my doses for both for a few days and ramp up. Off day tomorrow (going to the Mets/Angels game) then doing upper body on Wednesday. |

| What up JDub, gonna be watching this too! You can always PM me too bro! You don't really have to take RPM on off days, I do just to get a boost in the morning instead of coffee, and just so each time I take it I'm not blasting off like I've never taken it before! That stuff is powerful, not a supplement to mess around with! But 2 before a workout isn't alot I take 3 @ 220lbs. How do supps like fat burners with caffeine effect you? Not sure what your leg workout was like, nausea could be from the new supps, or depending how fast you got through sets, to how close to your workout you ate something its hard to tell from the first day. If its from the supplements, it could be from the Drive's Forslean or just being overhyped up off the RPM. Drive does give me alittle GI issues, but not as intense as you described. I'll keep an eye out on your next workout. Running 3 and 3 watch out for the hershey squirts, I've almost aways ran 2 and 2, right now I'm at 2 in the morning 3 preWO. That is just from Forskolin being had to digest, very powerful stuff though as gains do come on faster. At only 1 week in I'm already up in strength in chest! For now I'd do as you said and just cut a pill out of each just to adjust to the new supplements. Anyway enough talk, lets get on with WO #2 and see how it goes. |

Visit my Training Log...it's in my sig! Yesterday was an off day, took only 1 Drive in the morning and another in the afternoon. Felt fine. Today I lifted Upper Body and felt funky the whole time. Again, developed a slight headache toward the end of my workout which developed into nausea. Not fun. Today's dosage was 1 RPM and 1 Drive mid-day and 2 of each about an hour before SFW. Other than the headache/nausea, I sweated a lot and my heart was beating significantly faster. |

| Lower Body workout today. More headaches, more nausea......and I'm broken out on my forearms, awesome. To make matters worse, I was still SO sore from squats (from friggin Monday!) that I could barely do half the shit I wanted to do today. Can barely flex my quads. Seems like 99 out of 100 people love this stack...WTF???? What's the matter w/me? |

| Whats your water intake and diet look like? As for the breakouts...it happens to some people bud...its really nothing to worry about...its the forslean causing a reaction...it will go away. There is another guy I helped that was having the same problem...for him it went away after the first week. I've also seen a few guys complaining of it happening with Recreate...forslean once again being the culprit. Anyway I am here to help. Since this is Big Ben's home forum though and he is quite helpful and knowledgeable himself (he knows his stuff) so I don't frequent this forum as much so if you want my help or advice pm me and that will get my attention. | Weird man, how close to workout times are you taking them? With any food or are you getting any other caffeine in your diet? Like SMS said whats your water intake like? Thats strange bro, never hear of just taking 1 and 1, then getting those symptoms especially with a guy your size. Everyone thats taken it has been SFW's nonstop!! For me, my stomach gurgled alittle the first week for maybe a half hour, but that was really all. Never gotten any headaches off either which is strange too. Mentally I'm in Happyland right now, its suprising how much my attitude has changed. But absolutely no headaches. I'll get with Vitruvian on this and see if he can give me a solution or explanation of why you are getting this reaction. |

Typically on workout days I've been taking 1 Drive in the morning, then 2 mid-day. I take 1 RPM mid-day and 2 about an hour before SFW. I try not to take them with food if I can avoid it. Caffeine intake is about 1 cup of tea per day. I don't drink soda and I haven't been taking any caffeine pills. Not sure of exact water intake, but it's pretty much all I drink during the days. Today is a SFW day, so I'll be sure to log in later tonight and record how it went. Do your pills taste all weird, like chemicals? |

| Huh.... I'm stouped! Thats really weird especially at such a low dose. I have gotten alittle extra acne as well but with the increase in Test and sweating its just a little bit of a break out. Yeah the pills in my mouth do taste alittle weird, but not like so bad its making me gag weird. But I always take my pills with a bite of food not water so it probably helps the taste alittle. Waiting for input from Vin, I'll post up ASAP! |

| SFW today, took 1 Drive in the morning, another 1 in the afternoon. Took 3 or 4 RPM, spread out, with the final 2 about an hour before hitting the gym. The nausea and headaches didn't happen today, so maybe my body is getting used to the chemicals. I have been noticing my tongue feels weird lately, almost like it's numb, but it's not...hard to describe. At first I thought I was getting sick or having allergies, but who knows, maybe it has something to do with the RPM/Drive. Anyway, decent SFW session today (lifting #'s in my training log in sig) and was really happy that the nausea/headaches subsided. Gonna gradually start increasing my Drive dosage. |

| Haven't heard back from Vin yet, good to hear you didn't feel like crap again though. As for me I'm in week 3 and just killed 355x3 at the top of my flat pyramid! Hopefully once you can increase Drive your bench will go up as well. I can tell you I have got more breakouts than normal lately, mostly on my shoulders and alittle on my forehead. Natty Test is definitely up, and it doesn't help that RPM increases metabolic rate=more sweat! I usually get some acne when I sweat like this, last night I sweat for about 2 hours after my workout since we did a family bowling session! |

| Today was my first day using the stack too and I got the same side effects that you have described. I really hope they go away and good things come from this stack.. Glad to know i'm not the only one who has reported these sides |

Sorry, haven't been on BN for a few days, haven't SFW for 3 days either. Had some doctor's appointments and found out that I've got http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bell's_palsy so I've been a little freaked out. Been taking RPM/Drive the whole time pretty much though, at a low dose. Today I took 3 Drive, spread out during the day and 2 RPM, 1 in the morning, and 1 before I worked out, at 12pm. Had a good workout. (#'s, etc in my Training Log) Played tennis after work yesterday, felt great to do some cardio. Beat my buddy 6-4, 7-6 (7-5) |

Sorry so slow getting here man! I was going to suggest backing off to extremely low doses and ramping up, or completely dropping one product or the other for a time to narrow the potential culprit. As for the chemical taste, no... never had that. HOWEVER, some powder from one of the ingredients may have gotten onto the caps, which would be enough to taste nastiness. RPM is enough to make you puke if you open the cap. lol Keep us updated man. |

| SFW at 11am today. Took 1 RPM and 1 Drive first thing in the morning, then another 1 of each before I left the house for the gym. Solid workout today, felt/feel pretty good. Gonna take 1 more drive w/lunch. Tomorrow is an off day, will probably take 2-3 Drive total tomorrow and 0-1 RPM. |

| Did a Lower Body workout today, pretty solid one. Took 3 Drive (maybe 4, can't remember) spread out through the day. Took 3 RPM, 1 with lunch, 1 about an hour before working out and 1 about 30 min before the gym. Nausea again toward the end of my workout, and the whole way home. Sucked. WTF??? |

| Upper body today in the gym. Took the same dosage as 6/1 when I did Lower. Felt OK. No nausea this time. I think maybe doing abs might be triggering the nausea, but idk. As far as positive effects from the RPM/Drive....eh, I sweat a lot in the gym, so I guess I'm burning fat. The RPM definitely raises my heart rate and I can feel a bit more energy. In terms of negative side effects...the sweating and the acne are less than desireable. Still early on in both bottles so I can't quite give a full review yet. Hopefully it starts kicking ass soon. |

| Sorry I haven't been updating this log, but the internet has been down at my house lately. Might up my dosage of Drive, since I'm not experiencing anything worth writing about. My only hesitation is due to sides, as this stuff is making me break out. I'll up the dose a bit this week and see if (hopefully) I don't break out much more. RPM's OK...gets my heart racing a little and makes me sweat. It kinda feels like "the comedown" after a long night of skiing. Eh. |

| RPM/Drive stack is going pretty well. There's no effects that are like "whoa man, this stuff is awesome" but my strength has maintained and I've been looking pretty good even though my lifting has been a bit inconsistent and my diet isn't very strict. Gonna up the dose of both, SFW more and see what happens. |

I guess if you are looking good and keeping strength on a bad schedule with a low dose, imagine what kind of growth comes from SFW's with everything in order! You gotta keep in mind these are natural supplements, they aren't going to work wonders if you aren't adding in the rest of the equation. You know this bro!!! Give that stuff 100%, and you'll get back good results I guarantee it. It just sucks you got off to a rough start which can be discouraging. If it feels you are getting used to the products in your system, then give it some consistency for the rest of the bottles and see what happens. Sorry about the increase in acne, flipside atleast you know Testosterone is kicking some ass! Later homes, keep pumpin'! |

| Haha, dang dude a hangover workout that sucks! Hope you drank water like a mofo! Keep it up man, good to hear you aren't too jacked off RPM anymore. I know it can be intense, once you hit where the product doesn't throw you off its all up hill from there. Just gotta get used to the power of it, then hit that happy medium and go to work! Thats cool about the garage gym, move some stuff out into the sunshine and make your own Muscle Beach! Thats what I do on the weekends, I'll grab my DB's and Ez Curl Bar and finish Delts, Bi's, some Tri's, and Traps outside in the sun. Get some sun and boost some Test! Hopefully you have enough left to boost pumps, you'll know when it starts blasting off. You'll be at an almost full normal pump right after your warmup set. Next thing you know you'll be sportin' that "Arnold is Numero Uno" shirt!!!! Ain't nothing wrong with that!!!! |

| RPM/Drive going well...getting better as the bottle goes on. Or maybe its just cuz I've been doing consistent, simple, heavy(ish) workouts lately. Either way, I'm moving decent weight and looking pretty decent. Dose is 4 Drive, spreadout through the day and 2-3 RPM, spread out a bit leading up to SFW time. Had a solid workout today. Did some deadlifts in my buddy's driveway. Hadn't done em in a month or so...pulled some OK weight. HIt a little back/legs/bi's after that...workouts have been about 90 minutes lately, great strength, energy and focus throughout. No problems in the test department...forearms are way broken out. Oh well, no worries. Gonna start slamming tons of fish oil/water/vitamin e. |

| Went from drinking "kinda a lot" of water per day to slamming "an assload" per day...helped the breakouts a ton. Skin is so clear these days. Been taking Vitamin E and Fish Oil religiously too. Well, I'm all out of Drive...still have a fair amount of RPM left in the bottle. All in all, I'd say they're solid products. Was reasonably strong and have been looking surprisingly swole, even though I've been consuming many adult beverages. If you've got the $ and really want to invest in the product and get the most out of it, I'd say buy 2 bottles of Drive, and run them one after the next, at a slightly lower dose than what the bottle says. Again, thanks Applied Neutracuticals. Your product was solid and I appreciate the opportunity to log about it here. If you ever need a guinea pig for another product or a contestant for a contest or somethin, I'd be down. |
