My last several cuts always fucked up due to my hypoglycemia. My sugar would drop real shitty low and I'd feel dead and have huge cravings for sugar/carbs. This time I'm well prepared with fresh fruit on hand at almost all times and it seems to be doing the trick. It's been about a week already and I'm already good and leaned out. I surprised myself on the scale this morning also when I weighed 204 with low water. I am 100% confident I can maintain my diet with a constant supply of fresh fruits and should be in the peak condition of my life in a couple weeks. Stay tuned

Why not just post pics now? We hate on you because, you always razz other people doubting their work ethic and whether or not their tribulations are real, and putting down their training programs,yet you never provide any quality posts of your own about training, diet, etc, and you talk shit about others physiques, yet, never offer up yourself to scrutiny. You get hated on, becuase as far as anyone can tell, you're the equivalent of a armchair quarterback.

I'm still doin good with my diet so they'll be up when I think I'm 10% or less bf. I did take a break after I quit my local gym because it got too expensive. I've been getting a good workout on the bowflex I'm financing but my legs have shrunk from not being able to do squats I saved up and have free weights on the way, though.

I just like seeing progress, I've never cut since I started lifting again because I've wanted to keep growing. I wouldn't let myself get overly fat though, some fat is good for gains you're body won't grow if you are starving it.

As far as I go, I've always posted pics and enjoy showing my gains....just to add to LWB's inspiration to post here's my latest and greatest Most Muscular also a starting shot for my A.N. product testing log, with more coming.


Hell I think we should start a "Daily Pump" pic thread, you got a good pump going take a pic and post it, tell your workout and current WO supps! I could care less if you are bigger or smaller than me, as long as you are working out towards making progress I respect that.
