Crappy phone cam pics.

35lbs since december. First pic is in december. I still have a long ways to go but making progress.

great progress, especially in the midsection. are you using anything as far as a fatburner? I was the same size/shape as your before pic back in 05.

I bathed in ECA for like a year with insane amounts of cardio and had good results. If you're not using ECA or ECY, you should try it.

I don't know... but if I were you, I'd try to put more solid mass on before trying to lean out anymore.

Thanks for the comments. No supp help, just AM cardio almost every weekday. I mostly did elliptical for 40 minutes or so. As far as needing to add more mass, I agree but I am still about 220lbs. I want to drop a little more through out summer. I still look really soft when I am cold.

Yeah... for no supps, that's pretty good work. Definitely try some the next time you go on a cutting phase, though.

What supps do you recommend? I guess I was on a few supps, creatine and whey but I assume you guys meant some sort of cutting supp.
