With your request - I'm going to assume/consider your diet & training are in order and up to par to sufficiently meet the needs of a prohormone/designer steroid.
If so - and you're looking for 'dry' gains...
Havoc/
Epistane & the ever popular clones thereof are very popular. It is a steroid - so be prepared for running a Stacked Post Cycle Therapy to negate the adverse effects that may accompany the use of
Havoc/
Epistane. Great product, though - I've personally run
Havoc solo & in a
Havoc/Prop stack. Ran my PCT's accordingly and was very satisfied.
Taking the summer off from any PH's or DS's - and I intend on running
Havoc again eventually.
As far as your Post Cycle Therapy is concerned - do your homework on BOTH the Cycle and PCT. Learn about the substance you intend to use - a lot of information out there - try to seek credible sources in your search for knowledge!
Havoc's first PH cycle Recommendation would look;
Week 1 - 10 mg
Week 2 - 20 mg
Week 3 - 20 mg
Week 4 - 30 mg
+ A
Liver Support during your entire cycle -
Havoc is Methylated (thus hepatotoxicity otherwise known as hepatoxicity of the
liver).
Cycle Support by
Anabolic Innovations provides
liver support for metabolic function, blood pressure regulation &
liver detoxification... for starters. Also great for
prostate support, etc!
PCT -
you're going to need a SERM or Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator. Google this - it may save your endocrine system in the long run! Short term affects of anabolic androgenic substances can involve an increase in estrogen & cortisol... not to mention an effect on LH + FSH - thus testicular atrophy can occur.
I recommend Toremifene.
Cycle would look like this,
Torem -
Week 1 - 120 mg (2 ml) / Day 1 & Day 2 || 90 mg (1.5 ml) / Rest of the Week
Week 2 - 90 mg (1.5 ml)
Week 3 - 60 mg (1 ml)
Week 4 - 30 mg (.5 ml)
Also look into,
Post Cycle Support by
Anabolic Innovations (Nat.
Test Booster)
Cycle Support (
Liver Support, among
other things)
I3C (Hormonal Support/
Liver Support)
Lean Xtreme (Cortisol Blocker - Optional. When you increase your exogenous
test source - thus increasing
Test levels endogenously, your body will respond by balancing itself - increasing your estrogen levels and cortisol levels)
That should get you through your first cycle. Good luck OP!
