Alright guys, time to go to work. Applied Nutriceuticals is backing me, so its time to give back and show how well these products work. Age:31 Weight:218 lbs Goals: Strength, Size, and on to getting Leaner. 1st Stack of Supplements: Drive RPM NeoVar: Recomped Other Supplements: Whey Protein Multi Vitamin Fish Oils Water: about a gallon a day Dosing Protocol AM: 8:00 3 NeoVar: 15 minutes later Carb/Protein loading 9:30 3 Drive/ 2 RPM Dosing Protocol PM: 6:00 3 Drive/ 3 RPM 6:45 1 RPM 8-8:30 3 NeoVar upon WO conclusion: 15 minutes later Carb/Protein loading and recovery WO Schedule: Chest, Delts Bi's, Tri's Back, Traps Legs, Calves Off Repeat and on to (with no time restraints) Chest, Tri, Delt Bi, Back, Traps Legs, Calves, Abs Repeat Off Repeat First Workout: Chest/Delts Chest Flat: 135x15, 225x12, 275x8, 295x6, 295x6, 225x10 Chest Incline: (225x8)x3, 185x12 Decline Fly/Press: (55DBx12)x3 followed by Pressesx10 Delt Front Cable raise: (30lb on carriagex12)x3 Delt DB Press: (80DBx10)x4 Delt Bent 1 Arm Raises: (10lb on Carriage)x12)x4 Overall Workout: Great, feeling good. For first workout on new supplements felt great, pump seemed strong and lasting, though not insane yet but better than normal. Mentally to smash weights felt awesome, clear and on a mission. Pump: Felt alittle fuller than normal, woke up this morning fuller in chest and delts. Sweat: Sweating off the hook in 70 degree basement. Like a forehead water fall going on, usually brushed off inbetween sets! Sides: Alittle stomach discomfort at first, but still recovering after eating church food over weekend. Overall a good start to the log, feeling alittle better already but only a taste of things to come. Workout was good, took just about the past month off with planning my daughter's birthday and other spring house duties so for my first real balls to the wall workout I felt great to be back giving 100%...well almost as with dad duty I missed my dinner but made up for it after my workout with some extra protein/carbs! Well enough type...Quick pic after Inclines, set up the camera and jumped back for a quick shot...LOL not enough time to get a smile down I guess!!

Lookin' Big, Ben. How tall are you? You look like you should weigh more than 218.
Posted by: Big_Ben Jun 11 2008, 11:40 AM
Thanks guys, I appreciate it. I respect everyone here, sometimes more than my friends! So I really do appreciate it. Shakes I'm standing at 5'8" maybe 9". My weight maybe alittle off, I can fluctuate between 218-225 pretty easy just by how much I eat and my water intake. Its weird it can jump like that but it does! Also I've been getting in more steak cooking, now that summer is kicking off and I'm grilling more and making steaks to take to work with sweet potatoes. Hopefully at the end of this stack, I'll be further along. I can tell I've lost some size this past month with being busy around the house doing dad things and housework, so my workouts have been every other week it seems, and then just enough to pump up and be done. So even the days I have gotten to workout its been rushed. Now things seem to be slowing to normal which is still busy but I'm getting more time and a bigger urge to Smash some Heavy Weights!!! Heck theres been days this past month were I wasn't getting my nighttime protein shakes in and really just drinking a morning shake, so it'll be good to get that going again. I have been eating here and there decently though so that helped with not losing too much. But I'm confident I'll build it back up with help from Applied's supplements, hence my thread title! I'm real excited to show what these products can unleash with consistency. This stuff is the real deal.

Thanks Mike and Tanya! One thing Vitruvian brought up to me is that some products have been working faster after you've taken them once, which is interesting to me. With day one semi in the books, I do feel pretty dang awesome today. Not sure if this is the case or what but it is strange and something to think about. Bi's and Tri's tonite fella's, stay tuned!

Checking in quick with ya bud. Thanks for the invite...I will make sure to follow along. Another good way to keep everyone posted is to do what you did to invite everyone...send out an e-mail to all of us to keep us posted. One major thing I notice....your upper body development is great. Curious to see if you can put it all together though bud. Tighten and tone your upper body a bit more and your close to a competition build up top at least. Anyway, since your goals are strength, size, and leaning out a bit. A good training program suggestion for you is to follow the 10x3 training style. If you want more detail on that hit me up anytime bud and I'll be glad to share with you how it works and what the layout is. Your a part of the team...so I'm always available especially to help my fellow team members out. Cheers bud!

Lookin deez as always brutha. Will be following this log fo sho. Quick question about RPM/Drive. What is the proper dosage, in your opinion? They break it down by weight on the bottle. I weigh 260, but I don't wanna run through these bottles so fast! What would you recommend for dosage on off-days too? Every company will tell you to take a full dose on off-days, but part of me thinks that's just so they'll sell more pills. Thanks for the advices bro! Keep SFW, I'll be watchin!
| Posted by: smsbearsam19 Jun 11 2008, 10:36 PM | ||
At your size bud I recommend doing this type of dosing protocol. On training days...2 or 3 caps upon waking 45 mins prior to eating, and then 3 or 4 caps pre-workout. If you take 2 caps upon waking then take 4 caps pre-workout, or just do a 3-3 split. On off days...Take 4 caps total (2-2...upon waking and then 6-8 hours later). Also with RPM...you don't have to, but I personally like splitting my doses of RPM so I am taking my RPM with my DRIVE both times...I notice better effects that way and also better results. I take RPM and DRIVE @6 caps a day on training days and off days I take 4 caps...this way your getting the most out of the products as cumulative effects are what the products are all about, and both products will run out at the same time. I'm around your size so hence my recommendations...I'm just a touch bigger@ 6'4" 275lbs. Got anymore questions...post em up and if I am around I'll do what I can to help you otherwise Big Ben should have ya covered bud. Cheers! |

Thanks guys, nice answer SMS to JDub's question, exactly what I'd say to a T! I've always taken the same amount of Drive on my off days, but lower the RPM alittle since I don't need the intensity since I'm not lifting...unless I wake up tired though. Many companies tell you to take the same dosage just to keep a constant flow of product with no dips, but as SMS said dropping a pill on off days won't make a big difference to make a product last compared to not taking it at all! Have you taken Drive before JDub? SMS, how is 10x3's on your joints, I've heard a few guys do this which is 10sets by 3 right? I tried a 5x5 once and after a few weeks my left elbow started to ache upon full extention. So I decided to keep reps alittle higher. Bi/Tri's Exercises done back to back, unless drop sets Warmup: Cable Ez Curls: 40lb on Sledx14 Dips: Bodyweightx12 Barbell Curls: 65x12 95x10 (115x8)x2 drop set 75x10 Cable Tricep Extension: 40lb on sledx14 50lbx12 (70lbx10)x3 Standing DB Curls: (55DBx8 ea arm)x3 Cable Rope Extensions: 50lb on sledx10 (60lbx8)x3 Preacher 90 Degree Ez Bar Curls: (85x10) (85x8)x3 Skull Crushers on Decline: (85x8)x4 Finish Pump: Cable Hammer Curls: (50lb on sledx10)x2 (Dipsx12)x2 Overall Workout: Back in the saddle baby!! Workout was great, its good to be back hitting it hard. Mental strength was up thanks to RPM, didn't get too low of reps on tri's as after chest I was getting those extension pains. Didn't hurt during workout both nights just after? Maybe time to hit up the Osteo-C?!! Pump: Off the hook tonite, took a pic of my bi's that I gotta get up soon....but made my chest and delts look small they were in swole mode! Not an insane pump but darn close, and it only gets better! Vascularity looked good as well. Sweat: Yup can tell its summer, RPM really drives it to the max it seems. I was sweating before I even started! I'm not a guy that sweats alot either! Sides: Noticing that my deuces are getting a bit softer, but that always happens when I run Drive. I don't think my GI tract does so hot with the Forslean. Thats as far as I'm going on with that one! I'll have to see what I can do about getting pics up, my pic posted yesterday was at the end of a disc in my digital camera. For some reason my computer only wants to read finalized discs, which the camera takes those 3" mini discs and holds around 150 pics! I'm at 6 on this new one. On to Back/Traps!

| First, Big Ben...yes the 10 x 3 can be tough on the joints, but thats why you take your EFA's in abundance along with a Cissus product. If you want to really make sure you have no joint issues I always recommend getting Controlled Labs Orange Triad (Best Multi-V formula out there as it also provides joint support) and stacking it with a Cissus Product like AN's own Osteobolin-C. Second, I'll provide the science behind the 10 x 3 training method...check the link out! If you guys want you can take a look at my personal 10 x 3 training program layout as I have at the end. My style is a variation of the typical 10 x 3... Anyway, a quick credit to Derek "The Beast" Charlebois as I am taking the science aspect of things from his words in the article "The Power To Be Pretty". I have done the 10 x 3 training style for a while, but I like his approach as far the science aspect goes. Check out the article on BB.com. Here is the link... http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/beast54.htm. Anyway, fellas if you want to take a look at my way and style of doing the 10 x 3 Here it is for ya to take a gander at: Here is a sample of the 10 x 3 Training Program: This is my own version of how I do things. It is six days per week, period. No turning this into a five-day program or a four- day program. If you cannot commit to six days, forget about doing this program. If you can suck it up and do this for twelve weeks then you will enjoy great results and realize all the dedication and sacrifices are worth it in the end. If you want to be a massive and powerful beast it takes relentless dedication…no ands, ifs, or fuss about it. Either commit 100% to it, or find a different program that suits your schedule better…everyone does have their own life to worry about and this program is only recommend for experienced and more advanced type trainers so if it doesn’t suit you, don’t feel bad…its not for just anyone and everyone. | Ben, looking deez brotha!! I'm definitely going to run this shit in September. Was going to run it in mid-August, but an unexpected injury from today during lifting has halted all exercising for, at least, the next 2 weeks!! |

Decided to give upperbody a rest since I'm pretty sore, so I'm putting off back/traps till tonite! So last night I hit legs. Legs Hack Squats (Barbell behind legs): 135x15 185x12 225x10 225x10 275x8 275x6 Woohoo, legs are feeling hot! Squats: 225x12 225x12 275x8 Extensions: (100lb on attachmentx14)x3 Curls: Same Calve raises: (275x14)x4 Overall Workout: Another great workout, didn't go as high as I would on poundage with Hack and Squats since legs haven't been hit as hard as I like lately being busy. And I still gotta walk today, but still did my 9 second reps, 3 down, 3 up and 3 second flex at the top, so pump was good and getting hot! Its great to be back on RPM! Pump: Good, there was a difference in size quickly as my boxers started to pinch into my legs! But I love it when it does that, you know you are getting full muscle pumpitude!!! Sweat: Not bad, alittle later workout tonite so it was cooler outside, still had to shower after the workout otherwise I'd be going to bed sticky. And I worked out in shorts so it was alittle cooler. Sides: Going to knock back my morning dose of 3 Drive to 2, getting alittle noticeable stomach discomfort but nothing intense. Legs are hammered today, glad I didn't hit back as my bi's did need a rest after those BB curls and preachers. Atleast I can walk, if I had bumped to 315 I'd be in trouble I think. Oh well, gotta save alittle for next time anyway. I'm feeling great, and noticing things are getting harder and feeling fuller so I'm loving it. Its good to be back, and looking forward to killing it tonite! Back will be: Wide Pull ups (warmup) Reverse Grip Pulldowns Bent T-Bar Rows BB rows/Possibly Deads Seated T-Bar Rows Traps: BB Shrugs/superset DB Cable T-Bar Shrugs

Go for it Var, thats why I'm posting it!!! If I get gains and you can mimic them we are both happy! Wait till I get my pic up...its crazy! Thanks Vitruvian, you're my dawg homes! JDub haven't measured them in a while, last time they were sitting at 19 3/4" so I'll have to take a new measurement so I can compare at the end of my run. I was hitting 275x10's before on my bench so I have alittle catching up to do...I'm not going to let it take long to get it back though! Squats were getting 315x8's, 275x8's were burning so I gotta bump that back up too! So time to GET TO WORK! Holy crazy schedule SMS, being a father it'll be hard to hit it 6 days in a row anymore but we shall see! My knees are semi-bad, I used to love competitive running in H.S. so had alot of years of cross country and track beatings. But so far its not stopping me though, wish I had more leg equipment/gym membership for leg presses! Love'em less stress on the knees!

I'll tell ya...one of the best investments I've ever made was getting a gazelle power plus...it was cheap, its proven to be pretty damn durable, and I always get a great cardio workout from it...the best part is...no pressure on my knees and joints in general. So using that and cissus products and orange triad I really don't have pressing joint issues anymore...the occasional aches and pains, but eh thats from the weather and a sign my leg workout was solid...lol. As far as the 10 x 3 training layout goes...yes it is a crazy and grueling training style and schedule. However, it is also the most effective in my personal opinion...granted I do have a few of my own variations in there to make it bit more intense as well. It was just an idea to throw out for ya bud. Its not for everyone and you have to do what works for you. BTW...enjoying being a daddy? LOL. By all means my fellow AN brother...training is serious business if you want great results, but being a father comes first. Besides...your a new proud father if I remember correctly?...don't want to miss any special moments that may arise with your precious young one. Cheers! -Sean- Applied Nutriceuticals- Better Results Through Science! DRIVE/IGF-2/RPM = Nuff Said! |

Workout ended up Saturday for Back. Good level of soreness Sunday, and still kickin' today. Tonite is back on Chest, depending how fast I can get things done I'm going to try and get back on my 2x a week muscle groups. So tonite will be Chest/Tri/Delts, that way more frequent pumps=more product in my swollen muscles!!! Recovery is up, soreness isn't lasting or as hardcore either. Friday nite I felt big as hell, I think pump was up in everything except back that nite. Another thing...mentally I'm feeling this good vibe, its hard to explain besides a overall sense of well being. Good stuff, big difference in how stressed I've been lately!
Posted by: fidoslim Jun 17 2008, 01:10 AM
drive helped my mood too aslong as i did not take to much or as you have said i got soft serve craps.
Posted by: Big_Ben Jun 17 2008, 11:53 AM
LOL, yeah I'm dealing with the soft serve...but I've been through it twice now so I know what to expect! Atleast this time its not explosive like the first! CHEST went good last night, so I am already making strenght gains: Upgrades for Flat: 275x10, so I bumped my heavy set to (315x6)x2 Upgrade for Incline: 225x10x9x9 and felt more confident, more muscle contraction and not pushing weight Kept flys the same to induce more finish pump. TRICEP I kept mostly the same and killed skull crushers by x10's. Delts were close to the same but I used all free weights: Front raise with 45lb plate w/build in handles SHLDR Press same, but smoother reps Bent over Laterals: (2 (10's) each handx10)x3 Overall Workout: Great, getting a cold now from the in-laws. Which is a set back, but I'm pushing through with Zicam! Strenght is up, chest improvements are apparent in the 2nd workout since being on, Delts and Tri's are getting more fluid movements. Loving it! Pump: Good and strong, even after warmup set I felt my chest expanding. Still have more than a handfull today in my chest, nice and round lower muscle! I feel great and thick today. Sweat: Still stronger than usual, even was alittle cooler outside last night. Sides: Bumped down morning Drive to 2 pills, Evening 3 pills. Dealing with some slight runs, so I'm going to increase more water. I'm impressed everytime I use the Drive/RPM stack, dealing with some slight diarhea but I expect it. And the gains totally outweight the slight side, besides just makes my bathroom breaks faster and ain't nothing wrong with that except I don't get to read more of my FLEX mag! Bi/Back/Tri tonite.
Posted by: cc-10 Jun 17 2008, 06:11 PM
you think drive would be solid by it self with out rpm stacked with it?
Posted by: Big_Ben Jun 18 2008, 02:20 PM
I still think it'd kick ass, RPM has some P-Sarm activity which helps strength and growth, but when I take RPM without Drive I don't gain as much. So I think Drive could be alittle superior, but it could be because they work off each other. I've never taken it alone so I don't know what happens!!! Got busy with watching Savannah last nite so I got a few sets of bi's in but thats it. Tonite will be Back/Trap/Bi since bi's got hit alittle I'll do them last.
Posted by: cc-10 Jun 18 2008, 03:36 PM
haha stumped yah...might have to try it alone some time to save a little cash
Posted by: JW32Hoops Jun 19 2008, 09:16 PM
Still following along in here Ben. Thanks for the forewarning on the runs...will be careful to watch out for those. I've had 2 workout days and 2 off days since I started the stack myself. Nothing really to report yet. Keep smashin them huge #'s bro. Impressive.
Posted by: Big_Ben Jun 20 2008, 01:31 PM
Yo J, it could work out where you may never get them. If so you're pretty lucky, dose away! Got Back & Bi's in, was just a normal workout didn't push it too hard since I am sick! Sucks being sick but I took yesterday off from everything, and feel better today. Tonite will be legs and then Saturday I'll be hitting a full upperbody. Hopefully by next week I'll be able to hit my 6 day 2x a week schedule. My chest is asking for it, and bi's/back aren't too bad and would definitely feel good once I get them stretched out grabbing some weights so recovery is going good even with a sinus cold. Anyway, pump away fellas! Sunday I'll be at my parents so maybe I can get my bicep pic up from last week. Gonna try and keep taking pics through out my log. Have noticed my jeans are already fitting better just within the past couple weeks, so getting alittle leaner with some cardio and RPM kicking up the heat! This morning all I had to where were the jeans I hate, they are getting old like since college old and they fit pretty well! Yeeaayah!!

DRIVE definitely works pretty well all on its lonesome. Yes the combination of RPM and DRIVE is more potent because of the synergistic effects both products produce working off one another, but DRIVE all by itself can be used to recomp quite well. Generally speaking...DRIVE produces better mind-muscle connection, endurance, and muscle hardening effects whereas RPM seems to be better for strength and power, and general fat loss. For overall recomposition if your going to be using one or the other...I would take DRIVE over RPM actually if you were only wanting to pick one. Your obviously going to get better effects stacking the two though. Cheers! -Sean- Applied Nutriceuticals Reprsentative |

Knocked legs out and did my upperbody workout, but didn't go all out being sick. But on the plus side its Monday and I'd say after the rest I got over the weekend I'm 90% over it already! So I've gotta get in my double this week! For legs I hit Hack Squats, Extensions, Curls, then Calve Raises same weights as last time since I don't want to overexert yet with this cold. For my upperbody pump session: Decline Flys/Decline press/Raised Leg Pushups Cable Ez Bar Curls/Hammer Cable Curls Tricep Ext/Dips Front Delt raises/Bent laterals Seated Rows, Reverse Lat Pulldowns Cable Row Bar Shrugs Good sized pump after that one and amazingly quick, then off to see The Hulk after a shower! Not a bad flick, but CGI crazy. So I'm feeling good and ready to knock some chest, tri, and delt out tonite. Feeling pretty strong so hopefully being sick hasn't negatively impacted any new strength. Will post up tomorrow ASAP, so stay tuned my Iron Brotha's!
Posted by: Big_Ben Jun 24 2008, 08:55 AM
6/23/08 Chest UPGRADES!: Flat Bench: 135x17 Got alittle carried away...225x12, 275x10, 275x9, 315x6, 355x3, 225x10 So 355x3 at the top of my pyramid, that is my past Personal Record while I was on my 2nd run of prohormones! And I wasn't getting 275x10's back then either! Inclines: (225x10)x2, x9 Decline Fly/Press: Went with the same but I gotta increase weight next time, getting too easy now, which is good for stimulation but need to grow! I only did chest tonite, my sister is in from CO so we took our kids bowling! So it's gonna be busy tonite. Overall Workout: Great strong and ready to go face to face with the Iron, had a good head going into it though had to get it done quick. Pump: My chest looked sick after my 17 rep warmup. So I'd say phenom! Sweat: Sweat for 2-3 hours after my workout into bowling, I usually don't sweat when I bowl. The wife said my hands felt 400 degrees. Sides: Getting alittle more acne breakouts, but I can tell my natural Test levels are definitely up as the sexual performance is kicking as the boys are feeling way above average size wise, and I'm popping up alot more frequently...which is kind of annoying while at work!!!! And I'll leave it at that, want more info send me a PM!!!! All I can say is I'm having a blast in and outside the gym!!! And sweat is up, which for me if I don't shower immediately after it starts to irritate my skin since I've got sensitive skin. So no worries as its not all that bad of breakouts, just a few here and there that really I only notice. So I couldn't be happier starting week 3, as down the road its gonna be sick!
Posted by: JW32Hoops Jun 24 2008, 09:33 AM
Awesome work on the 355x3 bro, that's effing beastly! Thanks for keeping tabs on my log too. I hope my bench goes up soon too! When you doin squats?
Posted by: Big_Ben Jun 24 2008, 12:00 PM
Squats are done mid to second half of the week. First week I took it too easy thinking I'd be way too sore, second week was done not being able to breath through my nose so I followed the first week since my legs did tighten up a bit! So this week's should be golden to squat away, either on Wednesday or Thursday. Tonite is arms and back, going to try and go all out. Especially since last week was broken up, it may end up being arms and shoulders depending on time.

Posted by: Jayv24 Jun 25 2008, 05:29 AM
Log looks good ben, Those are good numbers. I may try this stack. Im thinking of running something between cycles that would give me an edge and not be suppressive. I know you got hooked up but how much would an identical cycle run me? And do you think using ECY with it would be a bad idea? Thanks in advance.
Posted by: Big_Ben Jun 26 2008, 09:45 AM
JayV, this stack would totally be something you'd want to run inbetween. Between giving the boys a boost to making more gains inbetween cycles I think you'd be set. Movin'Weight ran Drive/RPM during PCT and made improvements in both areas, I like the stack so much I'm done with running anymore methyl cycles. I made decent gains with my first cycle of Phera but that Mdrol made me feel so horrible that its just not worth it. Especially making strength gains with Drive/RPM, and not having any PCT worries or major sides. On top of that, overall mentally I feel like I'm on some sort of happy prescription. Pumps are intense and quick usually after my warmup I see and feel a difference. All around good stuff I highly recommend. Not much to report on my workouts, Tuesday nite Sandy had to get ready for a business trip out of state so Bi's/Tri's only got hit but got hit nicely: 8/24 Bicep Upgrades: Barbell curls: 95x10, 115x10x9x8 Seated DB Curls: (55DBx6 ES)x4 Regular Preacher EZ Bar Curls: (85x10)x3 Tricep Upgrades: Extensions: Heavy set (70x12)x4 The rest I kept the same since I did feel some soreness from chest. Overall WO: Great, low on time spending family time before the wife goes out of town, but hit it hard and quick! Didn't really tire much especially taking less time inbetween sets. Pump: Off the hook, after my warmup my bi's were already looking and feeling fuller. Sweat: Still kicking big time, I feel hot for like 3+ hours after my workouts lately too! Sides: Slight acne, & soft serve... 8/25 Home alone with Savannah, tried to get in back and legs....she wasn't having it! I got in about 2 sets of squats/2 sets of pulldowns. First set she was laughing during squats then after that she wanted me to pick her up and crying....I can't lift and hear my baby cry! Thought I could put her in her jumper saucer and get away with it but no. So tonite I'll be hitting it while she naps...hopefully no loud grunts during squats! Chest could be hit tonite, recovery is huge right now. Yesterday and especially Tuesday my chest felt like it got hit by a Mac Truck! But gotta get back and legs out of the equation first.

I think im gonna give it a try very soon. |

Try it out Jay, if I get my hands on some product I can have someone log I'll see what I can do to hook you up, maybe we can have another PCT log to put it to the test again. I haven't ran it for a PCT, but for running it normally theres a noticeable difference in "production". Well last night was a half asser, I got in some more squats, deads, extensions, and curls but they were quick! Still on daddy duty, but Sandy comes home tonite so I'll be trying to hit upper body and lower body again Saturday. Bi's and tri's are recoop'ed, so I think once I can normally workout again I'll be able to hit 2x a week as soreness is not an issue anymore just time. Sunday I leave on vacation for a week, I'm bringing my dumbells and a few other things. Sucks being right in the middle of my log, but if I can get a signal I'll be updating from my laptop. If I can't get a signal, then I'll be updating on Monday the 7th. So have a good 4th of July if I don't talk with ya!

7/8 Back in the house, vacation was great but no time for training as my little one was a handfull. So back at training last night, chest dipped in the strength department but looked awesome after I killed it. Only trained chest since I knew it'd be sore after the time off, tonite is arms and delts. Ran out of Drive over the holiday, which sucks as I am getting 100% with it meaning no sides besides a few extra pimples but nothing insane. Starting IGF-2, and Lipotropin AM/PM Weight is down after vacation as well, from 218-220 to 210! Definitely not eating as well as I do at home, so hopefully weightloss is not muscle since I was keeping up my shakes and protein count as best as I could. Noticed some increased vascularity last night so I think it was either a water loss, or hopefully fat loss. Then getting back, my girl started running temps of 103, so after a 2 1/2hr trip to Urgent Care found out she has Strep Throat(sp?). So its been a busy time getting back on track. Anyway I'm back at it so I'll be around if you guys have questions. Chest WO: Flat:135x15, 225x12, 275x9,8,7 superset 185xas many as possible Inclines:185x12, (225x8)x3 Decline Fly&Press:Same Pushups/Dips Still holding great pumps, RPM kicking out a major sweat last nite I felt hot all freakin' nite. Strenght is a bit down, but size is up and size does matter for me strength is a bonus. So vacation was good, but its great to be back to SFW's.
Posted by: Big_Ben Jul 9 2008, 08:47 AM
7/9 Busted out Bi's and Tri's and then back into the Urgent Care as my baby got a reaction to her meds. Tried out a new supplement in testing from Applied, and had an insane workout. Tons of energy and intensity, as no rest inbetween flip flopping bi and tri sets! Workout was great, was just running through set after set...bad ass. Cannot wait to tell you guys more about the new supplement, and how much its gonna cost!

It sucks your out of DRIVE, but eh....IGF-2 is the true secret weapon bud. Hopefully you'll come to enjoy using it as much as me...it is by far and away my favorite supplement period! (I've ran somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 bottles of the stuff...no sh*t). BTW...do you have our new updated formula or the original? And also....kick ass T-Shirt Design for that RPM bud...I was diggin that...wish I could've had that entered into my contest on BB.com. Everything is looking good my fellow AN comrade...keep on rocking it out! If ya got any questions on anything bud, or want to discuss AN matters...email me or pm me. BTW...yeah that product that shall remain nameless kicks butt doesn't it? Cheers! -Sean- |
Posted by: Big_Ben Jul 11 2008, 08:48 AM
Sean, you are not Bullshitin' about IGF-2, I don't have any of the new stuff I'm rocking the old! Within 4 days of taking it, I'm feeling tight as hell! I'm sitting here like WTF?! I mean I just got back from vacation without lifting for a week and felt rubbery, now I feel like I didn't miss a beat within hitting everything once?!!! Wow, great supplement and its not super hyped... Right now I'm running 4 pills first thing in the morning and about 10 minutes before bed. I've got to get Drive back going, I would probably be in Hulk mode if I had both going at once. I think something may have happened to my order. Having ran 20 bottles of it is that the jest of how you are running it as well? I'm glad you liked the shirt, I was just kind of messing around since I really liked seeing your contest and have a few idea's of my own for each catagory. I got done with that design and thought, "Damn I'd totally buy that shirt if it were available!" Sent a copy over to the wife and she said she could see it being sold at the Arnold Expo, so I figured I'd share it with you guys. You're a good resource man, I'm glad you have been posting here, I'll definitely be hitting you up when I get a problem or just want to brainstorm some stacks! Well knocked out back/shldrs on Wednesday, and annihilated my legs last night. My legs are cooked today, so I bet tomorrow I may need assistance putting on my socks!!! Looking forward to next week since IGF is really showing differences in how my muscles feel already. Pumps are good right now but I can tell the difference without Drive in my system. I hope all goes good with the new Big Block RPM, so we can start kicking out Over-DRIVE! I seriously think IGF-2/DRIVE/NeoVar stack would rival the methylated prohormones in lean muscle/strength gains, and that all around just feeling huge. And the best part no liver destruction, or un-natural Test flow so no PCT = maximum human performance.

Posted by: Big_Ben Jul 14 2008, 01:01 PM
7/14 What up guys, been plugging along. Knocked out a full body workout on Saturday that I'm still alittle sore from. Intense workout! What up Vitruvian! The Eagle landed and it was good! Thanks man, I appreciate it! Good lookin' out bro! I've got to get to a fax machine! Wow, so I'm still running IGF and Lipo's. Lipo AM is in-freakin'-tense, talk about a kick in the morning no matter how tired you feel within 30-45 minutes you are awake!!! Feeling great after being on vacation, and not far off from some new pics as I'm filling up my disk to finalize. IGF has been kicking some serious sleep, and some nice pitched tents in the morning!!! Though I get up too late to do anything with them!! It sucks! Going to start some Drive with this stack as well to see how it reacts with the IGF. So tonite is back on Chest/Tri/Delt. So I'll update tomorrow with results.

7/16 Dang, been a crazy week! People in and out of town and whatnot. I didn't have any time to lift! But nailed chest and shoulders last night, nothing to wow about especially since we've been so busy my food intake has been lacking. And its been humid as all heck here in MI, and that doesn't help my appetite at all. So its like I forget that I need to eat! Still looked awesome to have my chest on full pump though, loved it. Tonite is arms and possibly abs. Gotta get the rest of the week pumped out and will come back next week with better #'s I guarantee it!! I'm hitting it hardcore to the bone these next few days and want to see a response by MONDAY! On top of this Drive is settling back in right now so the next few weeks are gonna rock!

I'm not sure about competing, its one of those things where fun and work kind of collide. I have a friend that competed and said he'd never do it again just for the fact it went from something he did for fun to something he had to do. So that kind of made me torn between it, that and had it still been just me and my wife I'd probably be more serious about it. Right now its been nuts for workout time between being a dad, a husband, a friend, and then just being me. I've lost alot of time to just devote to training and consistancy. I think the biggest part is just devoting time to being a father, theres alot more responsibilities and stress. Its alot of fun and I wouldn't change it for the world, but there is sometimes where my time is lost for training and I wish I had it. It sucks, but anytime with my daughter is well spent. Also I'd probably be more apted to compete if I had access to more equipment, working out at home is great but I do miss some of the machines and better cable systems. But you never know, I'd like to have something to show for someday for all this effort!!! I mean its cool to look good and feel like a beast, but without anything substantial to show for in the end is it worth it?!! Its definitely not out of the question, and something I always think about thats for sure. I just gotta get to the point where I'm 100% happy in my physique and have no weaknesses. Even for how much time I have been getting for workouts, it has been going well!
Posted by: Big_Ben Jul 23 2008, 03:38 PM
7/22 Blew out chest last night, nothing really to report still nailing 275x9x8x7, I want to get to using 315 the same way I grab 275 though. Soon Daniel Son....next week should be an upgrade. Vacation was nice, but I hit my peak and dropped without hitting weights sucks! But I'll be back!!! Started cutting out some calories and eating alittle healthier...really I don't eat non healthy stuff. But could tell strenght was lacking alittle last night from it. I'm up 3lbs but my waist is down....Haven't had time to totally lock down my cardio yet either so this is great. Obliques are showing again so I can't complain at all, just gotta keep active. Lipotrophin AM is a solid product 3 of those and I'm in the zone in the morning, PM I take before bed so I have no idea since I am sleeping, but an increase in weight and a decrease in my waist is a good sign both are doing well even without any insane cardio. Been decreasing time between sets so been sweating like mad, and looking harder. Tonite is Arms/Delts.
Posted by: Vitruvian Jul 28 2008, 05:53 PM
Lookin' good man. I know what you mean regarding the time thing when it comes to competing, and I guess I am happy to see your proper prioroties (wife and daughter) are where they should be.... at the top. But if and when you find time someday.... you could probably put a hurtin' on some competition bro!
Posted by: Big_Ben Jul 30 2008, 11:38 AM
Heck yeah Vitruvian, its definitely not outta the picture! Well its been busy with PM's!!! But its great to help people, and then get updates on improvements!! Way to go guys. Improvements!! Well Monday was chest/tri/delt, time to get back on 2x bodypart/week workouts even if it kills me!!! Chest: Flats are up by a few reps on 275x10x9x9 then nailed 315x5 so can't complain, and feeling more muscle contraction than pressing weight. Inclines are back to 205x10's, 225x8's Tri's: Added 20lbs to my tricep press downs, and 20lbs to my decline skull crushers! Delts: About the same Tuesday was Bi/Back/Trap Started a new routine so I gotta see where it goes. Bi's Standing DB Curls @ 55x10's each arm for 4 sets 90 degree Preacher Curls (85x8's)x3 Hammer curls with Rope: 50lbs on carriagex10 Back: I did all seated movements rows with rope/triangle bar/extended Tri bar and then overhead pulldowns with Tri-bar. Seriously good workout, with the rope I got some wicked contractions I felt from outter part of my back to the inner, over hand grip. Traps: Usual Ext Tri Bar shrugs on cable with my row weight, then 225 barbell with a emphasis on contraction. Not alot of weight for shrugs but you really want to feel the muscle contraction and not get carried away with too much weight on the bar. Both workouts were awesome. Pump: Great, quite a difference after warmup sets of every bodypart. Drive/RPM kicks out some serious pumps and is going to be my staple supps from now on. Sweat: Intense, both nights I've showered immediately following my PostWO shake. And felt hot the rest of the night, at one point I looked in the mirror and my face was still blushing from body heat. Sides: Still getting alittle used to Drive back on, but I'm up to 3 and 3 dosing and getting more used to it. So some impressive workouts, so far I'm on track for double workouts this week and should make next week stronger.
Posted by: Big_Ben Aug 1 2008, 02:47 PM
Missed Wednesday to take my daughter to the part...but hammered legs last night. Legs: Squats Hack Squats Extensions Curls Calve Raises Not much time, great pump, and got that crazy hot feeling in my quads anyone else get that? Maybe not warming up enough? Had some knee pains but nothing major. Got done and practically ripped my pants off, my legs were so freakin' hot! The hair was all matted and sweaty...kinda gross but nothing a quick shower didn't fix. So I'm definitely limping around today, tomorrow is gonna probably suck! Oh well back to chest tri's tonite, and back bi's tomorrow.
Posted by: Big_Ben Aug 7 2008, 09:20 AM
8/7 Been dealing with a sick daughter, not much time for lifting. Got chest in Tuesday night, went decent but size was greater than strenght! Gotta get arms/shoulders in tonight! Pumps still impressive, chest looked huge Tuesday night. Sweat is still almost sick! Chest has felt fuller since the workout, went for more of a pump than weight since my food intake hasn't been spot on. So I kind of had a feeling strenght would be down, besides the fact I killed inclines before flats! Anyways DRIVE/RPM is still kickin' some booty. I'm at 3 Drive/2 RPM mornings and 3 Drive/3 RPM preWO.
Posted by: Big_Ben Aug 8 2008, 08:45 AM
8/8 Wow, bad ass workout last night. Destroyed arms, biceps were feeling strong and was busting out 3 sets of barbell curls at 115x8's after 95x10! Then hammered out 90 degree concentration curls with some supersets at regular angle, and hammer curls with the rope on the cable. Tri's were extensions with 90lbs on the rack, then rope extensions 60lbs on rack, and skull crushers. Shoulders were seated presses, front raises, and bent over laterals. PUMP: Gi-normous, arms looked sick....should have taken a measurement. Sweat: dripping, showered after! Overall: A bad ass recovery workout after chest the other night, its workouts like these that inspire the next one. The only thing I did different was I took my Lipo-AM alittle late in the afternoon! Then took my Drive/RPM and fell asleep for 1/2 hour which made a nice recoop nap! Been a while since I put on Creed for Workout music, that helped as well. Everytime I hear Creed I think of this guy.....and for arms this guy is exactly who you need to be inspired by.

Posted by: Big_Ben Aug 12 2008, 01:49 PM
Yo Shakes how's it goin' Big Poppa Pump? Hope all is well with the family. 8/12 Was an amazing day here in MI, we are on OT at work though...sucks but money is good these days with gas prices. But man its the last leg of summer and I'm stuck inside till 6:00! So we were out with Savannah yesterday as soon as I got home, and I didn't work out till 11pm!!! Damn! I think dinner was 8 or 8:30! Anywho destroyed chest: Flat: 135x15, 225x12, 275x10, 295x8x6, 275x8, 225x8 1 set decline immediately for shits and giggles 225x8....Ouch!!! Max Pumpitude! Inclines: 185x12, 205x10, (225x8)x2 Decline Flys: (55DBx10)x4, with pressesx8 supersetted. Pushups: 3 sets of 25 finish pump. ----------------------------------------- Overall WO: Good workout but rushed wanting to be to bed by 12:00am. Pump: Great, good and full. Pump seemed better than strength felt. But need to get back to my Chest/Tri/Delt workouts. Sweat: Still Freakin' intense, dang. I got done and sat on the couch with my Post Shake and my dog loved me for walking it earlier came and laid right next to me. I was sweating more just sitting there, had to tell the dog to move down!!! Not sure what the hell was its deal, maybe from being on Drive for 2 bottles I'm sending out phermones or something!!! My chest feels like it got hit by a truck today, jeeeesh! Gotta get some BCAA's here soon, and get back on eating steaks for lunch. Lately its been chicken breasts and I really don't think it does it like steaks do. So Arms and Delts tonite...hopefully earlier than last night!
Posted by: Vitruvian Aug 13 2008, 11:56 AM
How's that chest feeling today?
Posted by: Big_Ben Aug 14 2008, 03:27 PM
Vitruvian, chest is better and good enough to flex and feel the extra fullness from the workout. So its easy to say I'm loving it. Now its my arms turn to ache and add fullness! Joseph what up bro....I saw some engagement posts aimed your way, are they true?! Glad you enjoyed the stack, I tell you man keep it up and results come on almost effortlessly....I mean you still gotta do work and eat but as you can see the past month has been nuts for me and I'm still gaining and loving the way I'm looking. Its weird somethings can take a dip in strength but size doesn't, then next week it'll be right where I left off! Blew out arms/delts last night, tried the Centropani Special Giant sets and killed arms. After my shake settled I hit up Subway for a footlong chicken breast with extra cheese and that South West Sauce. Good stuff but anyway, got a double take from a girl in line, haha! I totally caught her checking me out and she knew I saw her by the smile I got as she walked out! Not bad! WO: Seated DB curls Barbell Curls Ez bar Preacher Curls (I did on the 90 side) Hammer Curls (rope/cable) 5x through with a weight I could get 10 reps with!!! Decline Skull Crushers Dips(till they gave out) Pushdowns Overhead Extensions 5x same way.... Ouch!!! Great pump arms felt great. Shoulders: BB press Seated Laterals Front raises Ez Bar Bent Laterals WO was great, took some time to get through it but felt really good. Pump was full and massive from the giant sets kicking my ass. Sweat was again at max drenchage. Good workout I suggest an arm shock trial for all you at home!!!
| Posted by: Vitruvian Aug 14 2008, 07:21 PM | ||
You might need to visit that Subway after workouts more often Benny!!! That's my boy... representin' on the forums AND in the restaurants!!! Have you measured your arms lately? |
Posted by: Big_Ben Aug 15 2008, 01:46 PM
Haha, damn straight Vitruvian!! I gotta admit I do like those samatches!!! Good recovery meal to go after my NeoVar and shake. All sorts of good veggy carbage! I gotta get one of those *Free Footlongs for Life Cards* Happy Gilmore had. Haven't gotten to measure out the arms lately, I broke my easy to use tape measure the last time and haven't repaired it!!! It was just a chinsey paper thing so no feeling like I'm top dog or anything! But it got the job done, gotta get a real deal one soon for sure.
Posted by: Big_Ben Aug 20 2008, 12:59 PM
Yo Bulk Nuts! Chest was Monday: Blew out Inclines at 225x10's But kicked my butt for flats at 275x6's Stayed the same on Declines though. Could be I was rushing between sets, as I noticed I took a cd break between flat sets and got stronger the next set. Pump: Great as always on the DRive/RPM stack. Felt good for hitting 225x10's on incline, not much struggle till the last 2 reps. Sweat: Drenched as usual. Drive/RPM stack is still keeping my muscles full and hard, even on Overtime at work and missing workouts here and there from doing family things. I'm still keeping size, which is a good trait of the forslean in Drive. At the same time too I'm not eating 100% as much as I usually do since its summer time and busy as H!!! Tuesday night was cardio with Savannah! Took her and mom out to the local jog path and pushed Savannah in her jogging stroller. Good stuff. So tonite is back on getting ARMS/DELTS swole!
Posted by: fidoslim Aug 22 2008, 12:08 AM
waht about neovar/ rpm stack? is big bottlle rpm coming back.
| Posted by: Big_Ben Aug 22 2008, 12:22 PM | ||
I've done a NeoVar/RPM stack, which really wasn't bad at all. Pumps, hardness, and strength were up as well as intensity. Everytime I take RPM I sweat like mad, even worse with Drive. I didn't really have any of the GI problems as I do once I add in Drive. But atleast when its together it subsides. The Big Block was a temporary thing, thats why Vitruvian and I kept reminding you to buy it up so that the owners would see how popular it could be. But I haven't heard if there are any plans to produce more. |

does NOTHING. |
| Posted by: Big_Ben Aug 29 2008, 08:58 AM | ||||
Seriously get a life, pick up some Drive/RPMand add some muscle to that 95lb skin and bone frame of yours, then report back. Not much to talk about this week, workouts have been short and I'm taking a month off supplements and will start back up later. Arms-Monday Barbell Curls Ez Bar Preachers Chin ups Tricep Ext Skull Crushers Overhead Ext Shoulder PResses Lateral Raises Wednesday-Chest/Back Bench press Inclines Flys Seated Rows Pulldowns Bent Barbell Rows Shrugs Tonite: Legs Squats Ext/Curls Calve Raises So far pumps have still been decent, I'm can feel a definite difference but next week everything should be depleted out of my system. Dumps are getting back to normal as well, man I wish I could take Drive with no stomach sides. Sweat isn't quite as soaking. I can say after running Drive/RPM and Lipotropin AM, I'm down 10lbs in a month and I'm not even doing cardio just having sick workouts and taking less time inbetween sets from the intensity RPM gives. Right now I'm sitting at 205! I really like the Lipotropin AM/PM, I haven't really gotten religious about the PM yet but the combo did produce a better quicker results. |
Posted by: fidoslim Aug 29 2008, 11:29 PM
thanks for the reply ben i think i will stack rpm/neovar 6-8 weeks then drive and anabolic pump for 6-8 weeks when done with noevar and plasma jet in a couple weeks. blue up and white blood stack is working good will do until i run out.
Posted by: Big_Ben Sep 2 2008, 09:04 AM
No problem man, a Drive/RPM stack then Anabolic Pump/NeoVar Stack would also be a way to go as well. Drive/RPM together cannot be beat in my opinion.
Posted by: fidoslim Sep 3 2008, 02:39 AM
when im done with plasma jet i may the try anabolic pump/neovar then.
Posted by: Big_Ben Sep 5 2008, 08:39 AM
Get ready for some sick pumps bro!!! Definitely give Drive/RPM a try, goooood stuff! Well I took this as an off week since it was Labor Day, but tonite I pick back up training and will train the next 5 nights. Should be a nice sore time! Since I'm itching to lift something I probably won't be able to hold back so hopefully I can still knock out hitting things 2x with the exception of legs which the 6th day I'll be doing cardio since legs seem to take the longest to recover. Hope everyone is kicking butt, had a good Labor Day Weekend (we needed it), using Applied's products to their fullest, and making total gainage! I'll update on Monday.

Has AN ever considered a big block Drive?
| Posted by: Vitruvian Sep 6 2008, 09:01 PM | ||
Considered it, or put it into production? Oh... well I guess it's a yes to both questions... ;-) |

Killed chest on Friday: Inclines: 135x15, 185x12, (225x10)x3 Flats: (225x12)x2, (275x8x6x6) Decline Fly: (60DBx10)x4 Saturday was out working on problem spot on my roof with my dad! Then dug a fire pit in the backyard! Sunday was spent with family. Blew up Arms Monday night: BB curls: 65x12, (95x10)x4 Standing curls: (60DBx8)x3 Preacher 90': (80lbx10)x3 Hammer Cable curls: (40lb on sledx10)x3 Tricep Pressdown: 50x15, 60x12, (70x10)x2 Rope Overhead Press: 40x12, (50x10)x3 Skull Crushers: (80lbx10x9x8x8) Dips: 3 sets of 12 bodyweight Good stuff, both workouts kicked my butt. Can tell a huge difference this week, pumps/sweat/all out some ass-ness are all down. Strength is down alittle, but expected. Tonite is back/legs, that should hurt pretty good. Over-Drive should be on its way!!!
Posted by: Will109090 Sep 9 2008, 10:38 PM
Saw that OverDrive is for sale. Ben, you came up with that name, right? Do you get any special privileges because of that? Is it cool if we ask AN-related questions in your log? I don't want to clutter it up too much with Q&A.
| Posted by: Big_Ben Sep 10 2008, 11:24 AM | ||
Nah I don't get anything special, just bragging rights!!! Haha! Yo dog, you can ask me questions here, or send me a PM if my box isn't full. Probably easier to ask them here since I may miss them elsewhere, and I don't mind answering here. If it starts to get insane, I'll let you know to send them to my inbox!!! |
