Thanks for the support guys. It sucks, but I'm getting back to myself again. Its crazy how much you do change for someone without even knowing it. The worse part in all this is missing my daughter, I have her part time but its split 50/50. Sometimes its enough, sometimes its not but it sucks no matter which way I look at it for her.
Well guys had a freakin' badass workout on Friday,
one of my buddies stopped by so I put his ass to work spotting. Though he didn't need to do much!
I got 2 sets of 275x10, and topped off 315x5. Inclines I just stuck at 225 but was knocking out 8 and 2 sets of 10.
I've gotten back on
Drive and this past week I've eaten a ton of pizza. Other than that nothing else has changed. But
Drive always seems to bump me up to a new level everytime I take some time off it, then re-introduce it to my regimate.
Last night even my normal bicep workouts were stronger, I used more weight with bb curls with more reps on normal workout weight. Then Db curls reps are up.
Tri's weights are up as well as is reps.
Pump looked freaky last night took a few pics with my phone. Hopefully I can atleast get
one up. Arms are looking huge again, I gotta get out the measuring tape!!
