Ok, so I have a bottle of Fast-Twitch, which contains kre-alkalyn, but I'm not sure how much. Also I have a bottle of EFX Kre-Alkalyn. So the rule of thumb is so many grams of Kre-Alkalyn per lb. of body weight, but I don't know how much is in Fast-Twitch, and I don't know how much to dose per lb. of body weight. Any help guys?

Bench: 385 lbs
Squat: 495 lbs
Dead: 465 lbs
Weight: 236 lbs

I think i was running 3 grams a day, and Im at 200lb, I guess 1 gm of Kreakyln=10 gm of mono???

Yeah, I called American EFX today and I told them I weighed 222 lbs. and they said around 3-4 gms would do fine. Thanks bro
