Hey does alot of cardio decrease
Test levels? I seem to be looking alil softer these days.
I'm running about 3-4 times a week in preparation for OCS. (ie USMC boot camp to become a Marine Officer) Monday- 6 miles; Wed- 3-5 miles in boots; Fri- Track Run; Sat 2 mile recovery (Thats on top of hitting the weights)
