Dont have access to free weights for now but i can bang on this cable cross machine with a 150 lb per arm capacity. p.s. do you think supersetting with 200 lbs on a universal style bench would suffice in place of heavier free weights? Not sure if i should go to this other gym, they want 10 dollars a day for a temp pass and its a total shit hole with hourds of cardio fags occupying every inch.

I would just do the cables. Machines should be avoided when possible.

i agree the machines suck. there is no natural range of motion with them. thanks as usual.

You'll be fine. As long as you keep your muscles active. It's better than nothing for now.

its actually good to take some time off as well once and a while. i just went a week without sfw cause i was studying for finals non-stop. i do that prob once every 5 months. its nice to get a break. your body needs a good rest sometimes too.
