R-ala /Lean Green dosing |

| I started out using these supps as directed. I like to see how I respond to something before I use a real (useful) dosage. Im using the 1fast brand R-ala (100mg) I am 5' 6" and around 140pds. I am hovering around 18% BF. What is the best way to take these including timing and dosage? I am also using Avant Seasamin 3 times a day. |
