| Yes I do Work out.... I started at 139lbs back in July of 03' and I'm 205lbs at 10% bf currently. It's taken a long time to get where I'm at but my numbers are good as you can see. I also have achieved this with one solid prohormone cycle which may have helped me gain 5lbs. I attribute my gains to nearly five years of solid dedication and the people at my gym have seen the transformation. By the way this has al been done after recovering from a military accident where I was hit by an M-1 Tank. |

| I can ALMOST lift the green dumbells! And I can lift 2 or 3 plates on all the cybex machines! My favorite is running for 2 hours on the treadmill, and 2 or 3 hours on a stationary bike, at the lowest resistance. That will make me hyooge. LOL, saw the funniest thing at the gym today. Guy asked another guy for a spot--in the squat rack. |
