| one is called the shirted BP The other is the raw BP. people pick which one they wanna do and they do it. i dont see why u care. the owner of my gym is in the top 12 powerlifters in the world. he benches a fuck load with or without a suite. do you even workout? |

| Wouldn't raw benchers run the risk of getting hurt more? Especially once you're working with 600+lbs. I don't think anyone wants that. It would be a short raw benching career. Maybe that's why working with a shirt not only makes it more fun (progress a lot faster) but maybe limits the injury risk? I'm just guessing here. I know guys do get hurt benching with a shirt too. |
