wtf is in it? the link isnt indicating ingredients.

is it better than redline or monster?

Why is First Order listed as a protein blend? I don't see any mention of a protein source. It looks like a decent product though.

Personally I think it is better than redline and Monster It has the First order ingredients but a kick of Caffeine in it

Beta Alanine is an amino acid which is the building block of protein but still doesnt really count as a protein blend. Not really sure why it is listed that way
