what do think would be better for a week
250mgs a week = 1 cc a week
500mgs a week = 2 cc a week monday and thursday shots

test e 250 is what i am getting

i liked 2x w/ cyp better because it kept blood levels more stable. You can get away with 1x if you dont have enough pins but as previously stated, 2x is preferred.

The first 2-3 weeks it wont matter....but once it starts kickin in and the levels have pooled up (weeks 4-6), its good to keep those levels more stable with bi-weekly pinning.

yeah i agree with you on that. i am going to stick with my normal plan of two shots per week. monday and thursday in the morning right after i get out of the shower.

Your workout is lacking hardcore. Are you skipping your back for a reason. YOu need to be well rounded. Skip the juice til you have your base down and a real routine. You're seriously out of order. Working 5 days a week doesn't amount to shit if your routine is crap/ THat's probably why you feel the need for juice. YOu haven't seen gains due to crappy workout. Change it up dude.

what about chest, shoulders traps?

this guy has no clue to what hes doing. he compares slin to test. no way he knows anything about esters. does no research. this is the kind of person you dont give answers to unless you can tell they have the slightest clue on what they are doing....which he doesnt. not even close

Your workout routine looks good and diet too, but make sure you do the proper research!!!! I have been juicin for many years, and there is always someone out there that knows more than me. Many girls tell me I look pretty damn good, but it didn't happen overnight. We are all here to help, but you have to show that you did some searching on your own.
