
Your workout is lacking hardcore. Are you skipping your back for a reason. YOu need to be well rounded. Skip the juice til you have your base down and a real routine. You're seriously out of order. Working 5 days a week doesn't amount to shit if your routine is crap/ THat's probably why you feel the need for juice. YOu haven't seen gains due to crappy workout. Change it up dude.
