just got a random PM from "Jonstadamonsta" saying:

" hey man planning on doing either a test 400 only or a winstrol only for 4 week cycles. now can i take either one of them by them selves or do i need to stack them together for better and safer results. i play baseball lol ironicly so i dont want to get that big but want to get faster and stronger obviously but not too big to where i lose flexibility. now it is 4 weeks on 4 weeks off. i plan on doing this for a while and when i get off do i take nolvadex to balance my hormones? what do you think 50 mg dosages of winny, what about test. help me out a little more please "

You say you play basketball and you want to be faster and stronger. Lift weight and eat protein. I guarantee you are nowhere near your natural limits since you are worrying about flexibility. Most people can't get above 19'' arms without getting fat as crap or using steroids so take into account how much your endogenous hormones can still produce for you before even searching for a source. If you arms are smaller than 16'' forget it.

But if you insist I would suggest 50mg per day and don't take it orally because everybody knows that it doesn't deliver even though it's 17aa. Inject every day into your biceps and rotate between them so you hit them every other day. Mabey try your elbow to increase your flexibility wink.gif . And after four weeks like that take 30 mg nolva twice per day w/ 12 hour intervals for the first week, then 20mg twice per day for the third, then 10mg twice per day for the fourth. (You may not need that much nolva, I don't know). And remember, in bodybuilding and powerlifting steroids are a way of life but in athletic sports it's cheating. Not one person on the Mr. Olympia stage did it naturally. Anyone who believes RC is a jackass.

you guys were right so i did alot more research and used the search button.
been doing some research for over a month and think im pretty set. asking to see if i have left anything out.

Test 250/twice a week/10 weeks
needle size 23 G 1-1.5
10 to 14 days after last shot take nolvadex
50 every day for two weeks
25 every day for two weeks

going to take liver longer and fish oil to help out while i am on my cycle.

this is my first cycle and is a test only cycle.
im 6'3 205 pounds and work out 5 days a week at my LA Fit.
eat alot a day and drink a whole gallon of water a day.
i eat alot of grilled chicken just the food i really like.
but this is what i have right now and just wanting to know if i am missing anything out. anymore information will be greatly appreciated

so then why did you use insulin injections as an example when they are injected WAYYY different than steroid injections. sub q and intramuscular, apples and oranges, big and lean and small and blubbed..etc

yes i workout hard 5 days a week. i have a healthy diet as well. and yes i agree they are much different but i am not scared of needles and have used a needle before.

i go on an alternating workout of legs one days arms the next pretty easy.
monday: legs
squat:
warm up:
15X1=135
10X1=225
8X1=275
6X1=295

calfs:weird machine you sit down and push your calfs forward, you just set the weight and thats it
110pds about 25 reps and a rest do about 2 to 3 sets.

leg press: in exposion fassion just really quick.
12X1=295
12x1=345
12X1=355

leg extension: i think i have 145 on these sets but dont remember. i will check tomorrow.
3 sets of 12
leg curl: same thing with leg curl. i need to double check
3 sets of 12

abs:
3x25
1x50
going to do more this week.

so every other day that is what i would do for legs

tuesday: arms
dumble bp:
40pds. 2x12
45pds. 1x10
50pds. 1x6

curls:
40pds: 2X10
50pds: 1X10

one armed curls: weird maching dont really know what it is called but get a good burn on it
40pds:
3x24 12 reps for each arm

tricep pull down:
3x12 110pds

hammer dumbell curl:
12x3 30 pds dumbells

overhead cable extension
1X12 40pds
1X10 45pds
1X8 50pds
1x6 55 pds

and then abs again.

this is what i do 5 days a week at the gym. work hard and get a good swet

i would train legs and arms more tho. everything else is covered.

inject the test just like you would insulin, in your stomach subq is best.

Drink a gallon plus of water daily
Protein shakes
grilled chicken
steak
brown rice
peanut butter(I probably eat too much I love it)
Egg whites mixed with 2 whole eggs
walnuts
almonds
salmon
oat meal

im going to rotate in my glutes. im going to go one day in my right glute and then the next injection day in my left glute. is there anything wrong with that you think.

calf injections are by far the easiest spot to inject. i would definitely start with them. good luck

i have been reading lately that calf injection are just a personal choice and reading mostly that the glute is the best and most common one. how bad was your first injection. and if it is hurting still go lifting. and lol im not injecting into my stomach like an insulin shot goodskie lol nice one
