i go on an alternating workout of legs
one days arms the next pretty easy.
monday: legs
squat:
warm up:
15X1=135
10X1=225
8X1=275
6X1=295
calfs:weird machine you sit down and push your calfs forward, you just set the weight and thats it
110pds about 25 reps and a rest do about 2 to 3 sets.
leg press: in exposion fassion just really quick.
12X1=295
12x1=345
12X1=355
leg extension: i think i have 145 on these sets but dont remember. i will check tomorrow.
3 sets of 12
leg curl: same thing with leg curl. i need to double check
3 sets of 12
abs:
3x25
1x50
going to do more this week.
so every
other day that is what i would do for legs
tuesday: arms
dumble bp:
40pds. 2x12
45pds. 1x10
50pds. 1x6
curls:
40pds: 2X10
50pds: 1X10
one armed curls: weird maching dont really know what it is called but get a good burn on it
40pds:
3x24 12 reps for each arm
tricep pull down:
3x12 110pds
hammer dumbell curl:
12x3 30 pds dumbells
overhead cable extension
1X12 40pds
1X10 45pds
1X8 50pds
1x6 55 pds
and then abs again.
this is what i do 5 days a week at the gym. work hard and get a good swet
