I'm 5'9" 185lbs, 31 y/o Male. I have been lifting for over 10 years and have done one cycle of PH's (S1+ when it was legal). It worked really well for me, and now I'm trying to find another batch of supps to cycle. Speaking of which it's alot harder to find some good stuff. I'm in a bulking phase now and was looking to add some supps to give me a boost. Here's an outline I've been researching and looking up. Let me know if you see anything that I really don't need, or anything that I should add. Also if my doses look whacked out let me know, I plan on doing a 6 week cycle:

Controlled Labs Blue Up - to reduce SHBG (using dosage on bottle morning and prior to workout)
1Fast400 Acetyl-L-Carnatine (powder) - 3g x 3 times a day (morning, pre and post)
1Fast400 BCAAs - 8g x 3 times a day (morn, pre and post)
Biochem Neuro-PS - 2 caps a day (morn and post)
1Fast400 Coleus Forskohlii (powder) - 40mg x 3 times a day (morn, pre and before bed)
1Fast400 Waxy Maize - 1 Scoop morning x 2 scoop post workout
ON Fish Oil 1000mg x 2 times a day (morn and post)
EPA 180mg x 2 times a day
DHA 120mg x 2 times a day
NOW Glucosomine/Chondroitia w/ MSM - 3 caps per day (morn, lunch and dinner)
1Fast400 Milk Thistle (Powder) - 1/4 TSP x 2 times a day (morn and post)
Novadex XT - 60mg for 4 weeks (before bed) then 6-Oxo 600mg for 2 weeks (before bed)

Let me know if I missed anything! I haven't started this yet, still researching so I can get the most out of it.

did i miss somwething on the list? protein and multi?

you dont need epa an dha along with ON fish oil, ull get enough from the ON fish oil caps

Yes Protein and Vitamins were implied. Of course those are in the mix. I seperated out the DHA and EPA to show mg of each, and yes those are included in the fish oil.

Half of that crap is useless.

Protein, food and creatine is all you need.

Ok keep the fish oils and waxy maize but that's about it.

Thanks for the responses, but I have been lifting for over 12 years...I'm no rookie. I did a cycle of 1T/4AD four years ago, and the gains I got after one month were crazy. So here I am looking for something again to give me a quick boost. Appreciate your comments, but I am trying to solicit feedback on the products I have listed, not just to hear take protein and creatine. Come on now, anyone that's even heard the words 'weight room' knows that big secret!
