I'm 5'9" 185lbs, 31 y/o Male. I have been lifting for over 10 years and have done
one cycle of PH's (
S1+ when it was legal). It worked really well for me, and now I'm trying to find another batch of supps to cycle. Speaking of which it's alot harder to find some good stuff. I'm in a bulking phase now and was looking to add some supps to give me a boost. Here's an outline I've been researching and looking up. Let me know if you
see anything that I really don't need, or anything that I should add. Also if my doses look whacked out let me know, I plan on doing a 6 week cycle:
Controlled Labs Blue Up - to reduce SHBG (using dosage on bottle morning and prior to workout)
1Fast400 Acetyl-L-Carnatine (powder) - 3g x 3 times a day (morning, pre and post)

BCAAs - 8g x 3 times a day (morn, pre and post)
Biochem Neuro-PS - 2 caps a day (morn and post)
1Fast400 Coleus Forskohlii (powder) - 40mg x 3 times a day (morn, pre and before bed)
1Fast400 Waxy Maize - 1 Scoop morning x 2 scoop post workout
ON
Fish Oil 1000mg x 2 times a day (morn and post)
EPA 180mg x 2 times a day
DHA 120mg x 2 times a day
NOW Glucosomine/Chondroitia w/
MSM - 3 caps per day (morn, lunch and dinner)
1Fast400
Milk Thistle (Powder) - 1/4 TSP x 2 times a day (morn and post)
Novadex XT - 60mg for 4 weeks (before bed) then
6-Oxo 600mg for 2 weeks (before bed)
