Let me simplify this for you all.
The straps help, but the greater problem is grip strength. I dont quite understand how this is confusing for you all to understand.
Lets consider this... My hands dont fully close after they've been repaired. So, the straps somewhat fill the gaps that my broken hands leave open.
Following me?
maybe i should slow it down more for you...
Now even with the straps, which clearly help, the problem still exists, which is that my hands cannot completely close around
the strap/bar.
Now with shrugs, where the weight is being suspended by my hands, this becomes a problem. Confused?
Go fuck up your hands, then go lift and maybe you'll have a vague idea of what im saying. The question was "is there a "better" method of strengthening up that grip so that this doesn't continue to be a problem.
As for the fuckface, pussyberry comments... Will the last i remember seeing you were like 5"10 and 250lbs of pure blubber. Just imagine if you spent a fraction of the time you spend accumulating 25k posts, doing cardio.... you'd be down to like 25% by now. Instead you're just content to sit around at 40% fat and judge
other people with your tank abbot physique. More power to you for playing Softball, clearly exhibiting your manhood with such a powerful sport that most college girls could destroy you on. Is running to first base the most cardio you get? Maybe you should take up another sport, unless you like being in the dugout with a bunch of
other sweaty guys.
I mean seriously... was even... baseball too strenuous?
Goodskie, i'd address your comment, but 90% of the time i dont even know what the fuck you're talking about, because your either wasted or high.
