I'm 100% with you, that's a true test of strength right there, an impressive REAL bench.

at this last meet i went to, this guys ROM was like 8 inches, but he lifted raw. he just had a huge chest and short arms, it was how he was built. he got up to like 5 or 6 something, i forgot i just remember a shitload of reds.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA Dude set the stoppers like 2" under where he picked the bar up from.

There's an old man at my gym that does the same thing. Loads the bar up with plates, then moves it like 1/2" down and up.
