| Well I took my first dosage this morning after breakfast. It says to take with carbs, so I took it with 2 cups of oats DAY 1 Training: Sho/Tri's Overhead Barbell Press: 155x6, 185x6, 185x6 Upright Rows: 80x10, 90x8, 90x8 Standing Lateral Raises: 20x12, 25x12, 25x10 Close-Grip Bench: 185x6, 205x6, 225x5 V-Bar pushdowns: 3x12 Weighted Dips: 25x12, 45x8, 45x8 Overview: Well today was my first day of using Neovar so honestly I can't say much here. I noticed that my pump lasted much longer after my workout (about 2 hours), but my strength and endurance didn't change. I wasn't expecting Neovar to kick in on Day 1, but im hoping to notice something here soon I've got a couple questions for Vitruian and BigBen. 1) It says to take with carbs. Would it be more benefical to take it after a meal, or before a meal? 2) On off days, should I stiick to 1 serving or 2? |

| Yo Animal!!!! Carb intake is looking phenom dude! 1) Definitely take the NeoVar before a meal, take it and wait 15 minutes and eat/drink away!!! Most of the time I'd get a funky burp just at the 15 minute mark, then I'd start downing carbs! 2) On off days I'd still stick with a full serving. That way you aren't dropping levels and upping levels, keep it nice and even. Awesome that your pump lasted on the first dose as it is pretty quick working stuff. For me as it should for you after awhile it'll start to feel like either you are alittle pumped even a few days after workouts and just by flexing you can feel a pump starting!! And it only gets better with time, as will strength. If you feel your highest weight set isn't enough add, once NeoVar really gets going you should start feeling strength gaining. It won't be overnight or a massive jump at once, but for me it was a constant gain. I felt awesome, between strength and my muscles feeling hard, tight, and full I knew this is a superior Creatine product. Keep it up! |

Not sure if I'd switch it up just yet, but if you do don't take out your post dose. Once you've worked out, the NeoVar will shuttle the carbs and creatine to your worked muscles which improves growth and recovery after training! So if anything switch your morning dose up closer to preWO. Vitruvian had me playing with with morning/preWO and a 6 pill post dose but there was always a postWO dose. Each time has its benefits, morning being hungry it'll shuttle carbs quicker and more efficiently to muscles, preWO should increase endurance and give you a lift, and postWO will bump recovery = better growth. |

| A post workout dose before recovery meal should be a standard. A 2nd dose should go either pre-breakfast, or before whichever meal precedes your workout. Your choice. A 3rd single capsule dose goes very well on an empty stomach with RPM pre-workout Overall, looking good man! Sorry so slow checkin in!!! |

| Today I decided to take one dose before lunch (3 caps), 1 cap pre-workout, and one dose post-workout with 40g Whey and 50g Waxy Maize. DAY 2 Training: Back/Bi's Front Pulldowns: 130x10, 150x8, 170x8 T-Bar Rows: 90x10, 115x6, 115x5 Underhand Barbell Rows: 135x12, 155x8, 175x5 Barbell Curls: 95x12, 105x8, 105x7 Preacher Curls: 80x12, 90x8, 90x6 Hammer Curls: 30x10, 35x10, 35x8 Overview: I ended up having a really good workout today. Im not sure if it was the RPM or the Neovar though. I haven't taken RPM in over two weeks, so I have a feeling that's what made for such a great workout |

| I didn't have time to work out today, but i've already taken both doses. I took one 15 minutes before breakfast (3 caps), and one dose before my last meal (also 3 caps). I decided to experiment a bit with the carbs. For my last meal I had 20g Whey with 75g Waxy Maize, and 1 cup oats. I figured I would load up on carbs (around 150 total) to see if I noticed any benefits from the Nevoar. Well, it worked Right after I finished eating I noticed my muscles felt much fuller than usual. Its been about 45 minutes since I had the meal and there still full, and somewhat pumped. So from here on out im going to up my carb intake to 100+ for each dose |

Awesome!!!! Looking good Animal. Glad to see you aren't skimping on the carbs, as long as you aren't getting sleepy from the influx of high carbs its only going to help push more creatine into your muscles = better gains. Give the product atleast 5 days to a week, just like a loading phase though you don't need to load it and it'll only increase effectiveness. Like I've said, I'm done with methylated prohormone junk. Running Drive/RPM has always mimic'd results of what I got from Phera, with adding in NeoVar it was icing on the cake. Its good when you get done and have gains that you'd think require PCT, yet there is nothing you have to do! I love it when you can feel the pump starting when you just gotten done eating cause when you do hit the gym its GAME OVER!!! Pumpalicious baby!!! |

I did get a chance to hit the gym this morning though DAY 7 Dosage: 3 caps 10 minutes before breakfast, 3 caps post-workout Training: Back/Bi's Front Pulldowns: 150x10, 160x10, 170x8 Reverse Bent-Over Rows: 135x12, 155x10, 175x6 (+1) T-Bar Rows: 90x6, 100x6, 115x6 (+1) Standing Cable Rows: Full stack for 3x12 Barbell Curls: 95x10, 105x6, 110x5 One-Arm Preacher Curls: 30x12, 35x8, 35x8 (+2 forced reps) Concentration Curls: 3x12 with 30 pounds Overview: I ended up having a really good workout today. I took 4 RPM's 45 minutes pre-workout and one scoop of whey 1 hour pre-workout. I was able to get an extra rep on both Bent Over Rows and T-Bar rows, and I was pumped beyond belief. I took my first dose of Neovar with 100 carbs and my second with 80 today. I've been keeping my calories around 2600-2800, but it looks like im starting to gain some lean mass |

| I didn't to play with the dosage a bit today. Rather than taking 6 caps total (2 doses of 3 caps), I took 8 total (2 doses of 4 caps each). I noticed slightly more increased fullness after my first dose, but my post-workout dose didn't feel much different. I'll probably just stick to 6 caps a day to make the most of the bottle DAY 8 Training: Chest/Tri's Incline DB Press: 60x12, 70x10, 75x8 Flat DB Press: 60x10, 70x8, 75x8 Flat DB Flyes: 35x12, 40x12, 45x10 Close-Grip Bench: 185x6, 205x6, 225x6 Rope pushdowns: 3x12 Skullcrushers: 70x10, 80x10, 90x8 Overview: I cheated a little bit today but the Neovar seemed to work well with it |

| It's only been 8 days and im already very impressed with Neovar. I've never experienced increased muscle fullness with a creatine product throughout the day, but Neovar does the trick. I was a little skeptical with the Creatine Monohydrate and water bloat, but it looks as if im almost leaning out a little (probably due to my diet though). But when you look at the price/effectivness, I doubt Neovar can be beat |

Good feedback bro, couldn't agree more as it sounds like its doing for you what it did for me. Nothing beats being bigger outside the gym, and some sick ass pumps in it!!! Cool stuff! Keep busting out new strength! The pancake thing made me laugh, don't think of it as cheating its still a healthy dose of carbs! Eatin' ain't cheatin' as they say!!! Also I never felt bloated on this stuff either, if anything I think I tightened up a bit. This stuff will definitely change the way you think about Creatine!!!! Even the old stuff was leaps and bounds over regular CEE for me. But this stuff did bump up strength better. Just wait till you get a chance to run all 3, RPM/DRIVE/NeoVar....f-ing ridiculous gains my man! |

| DAY 11 Training: Sho/Abs DB Shoulder Press: 60x10, 65x8, 70x8 Wide-Grip Upright Rows: 80x12, 90x10, 90x8 Bent-Over Laterals: 30x12, 35x10, 35x8 Hammer Strength Military Press: Dropset (130, 110, 90, 50) Cable Crunches: 4x12 Weighted Decline Crunches: 4x15 Overview: I did Chest/Bi's yesterday but didn't have time to post it up. I was a little sore but ended up having a great shoulder workout. My Upright Rows felt light and I had plently of endurance during my dropset to knock out 6-8 reps on each. I took 3 caps after breakfast (with 80 carbs) and 3 caps post-workout (with 100 carbs). Once again, nothing but amazing muscle fullness. I've felt pumped ever since I left the gym and it looks like im getting a little bigger. I can't say too much for strength, but several exercises have gone up on reps. Tomoroww im going to demolish my back and traps, so stay tuned! |

I hit a PR on Incline DB Press (80x6), despite having a messed up shoulder As for the Neovar, I can only continue to say great things. The muscle fullness is unbelievable and my strength is going up by the workout. I took my first dose with 2 cup's of oats today and my second dose with 80g of Waxy Maize. My muscles were full before I even worked out, and they blew up when I started hittin the iron. I even got a compliment from a fellow gym partner who said im looking bigger than normal |

| I also hit a PR on Squats yesterday. I've been taking it easy since my knee surgery and keeping my reps in the 8-12 range. My previous PR was 315x6, but yesterday I got 315x8 |

| DAY 15 Training: Legs/Calves Leg Extensions: 4x12 Squats: 225x12, 275x10, 315x8, 315x6 Hack Squats: 3x10 Leg Curls: 3x15 Seated Calf Raises: 4x12 Overview: I don't keep track of my weight with Leg exercises, other than squats. My PR was still standing strong today (315x8), but I was only able to get 6 on my last set. I didn't take RPM pre-workout today but I still had a crazy pump in my legs and I had a pretty high level of energy throughout my workout. Im not sure whether it's the Neovar or not, but my endurance was up quite a bit today too. I took my first dose with 1 cup of oats and a banana, and my second dose with 50g of Waxy Maize. Although I didn't take it with the same number of carbs as usual, I still had a good amount of muscle fullness throughout the day and during my workout. Its only been 2 weeks but im 100% positive Neovar is the best Creatine i've ever tried |

| I've only gotten the chance to hit the weights twice since I last posted, one being today. My work schedule has been hectic so i've been using a Full-Body routine as of lately, but I like it DAY 20 Training: Full Body DB Bench Press: 4x8 Overhead Barbell Press: 4x6 Underhand Bent-Over Rows: 4x8 Weighted Dips: 4x5 Barbell Curls: 4x6 Squats: 4x8 Cable Crunches: 3x15 Overview: Today I decided to Circuit the first 3 exercises, and Superset the rest. I wasn't able to keep track of my numbers because I was keeping my rest periods short, but my strength was pretty good today. None of my numbers were up, but given how short the rest periods were, I was impressed. I had a ton of endurance throughout the workout and had a full-body pump going on As for the Neovar, I can only continue to say great things. I haven't gained any weight but it looks as if i've gained some lean mass. The muscle fullness is still great and my numbers are slowly but surely rising. My bottle is starting to get low, so I will probably be ordering another here soon |
