 Im looking for a fat burner that: a) I can take right before bed and have it work on me while I sleep, without keeping me up...  most importantly, not destroy any muscle Has this magic pill been created yet?

Do either one of these target belly fat? I'm lookin pretty good in every other area, except that one... By the end of my workouts, Im too exhausted to do abs or cardio... LOL

try doing abs before you lift..it warms you up and then when your done lifting its hi ho neighbor out of there
my strength coach used to do it that way and it actually was a good idea, usually i dread doing abs at the end of the workout but if you bang em out before... your done withem
I pretty much do whatever the fuck I want...
