For the past few months I have concentrated soley on weights and lo impact cardio.

I would like to add some HIT to my weekly routine.

Is it better to devote a workout session to HIT or add a few minutes to the end of the weights workout?

I dont want to do too much cardio as to impact on my strength gains, but then again I want to improve my cardio shape.

Any guidence would be appreciated.
