i'm cutting so i kinda do whatever when lifting. losts of compound shit. at least a couple compound movements for most bodyparts. i'll do some burnout single joint shit too. theres no magic workout
man. just train hard, hit the basics and eat right. when i bulk i'll do the same kind of thing but stick to a routine for 4-6 weeks then switch it up.
LOTS of bench presses from different angles, dumbs and barbell. lots of deads, rack deads, platform deads. pick
one for a while. all sorts of squats.
i'm sure the same shit as most others do. i'm gunna post some lifting
videos soon when i bulk in about 2 months or so just so i have them to look at down the road.
