Hey guys, quick question. I've always taken a weight gainer post workout b/c of the calories, carbohydrates, protein, etc. My friends have been telling me that I'm not supposed to take a weight gainer post workout b/c it's a concentrate protein, not an isolate. I know that concentrates take longer to digest than isolates, but does this matter? I thought you were supposed to have so many calories, protein, carbs, immediately after your workout. I've always done this and had great success, but I don't want to be cheating myself. Should I be taking an isolate post workout for faster absorbtion?

Thanks
