| I just got my bottle and will be trying it out for the first time tomoroww. What kind of dosage is everyone going with? It says 2, but I wanna start out low so I won't build a tolerance too quick |

| I just finished a tub of it I started of on 1 scoop then went upto 2 scoop's after the first week taking it at 1 scoop I found it tasted really bad but it was ok at 2 scoop's |

| I went with 2 scoops after my 3rd workout, i got more out of it at that dose. But at the same time, I weigh 235 so you might see results out of 1 scoop. Taste was better with 2 scoops tho. |
