| He's just pure intensity or insanity how ever you want to look at it. He does a three day a week type split with bench one day, sq/dl another, and assistance work another day. He does a lot of high intensity and high volume rep work. Like his bent over rows (now called kroc rows) are just absolutely insane. Getting well over 200lbs for over 20 reps is crazy. HEAVY ass weight for HIGH amount of reps. Kill workouts. His logs are where I got the puke buckets from. He often does sets of puke buckets after some of his sets. |

I wouldnt say the whole back no, I would go with pullups for hitting the whole back. Rows are alot of biceps and shoulders too. In fact, most back exercises are. |
